Skyflame 8 Small Piece Set of Ceramic Wood Logs and Accessories for All Types of Indoor Gas Inserts, Ventless & Vent Free, Propane, Gel, Ethanol, Electric or Outdoor Fireplaces & Fire Pits

I have an 18" propane fire pit that came with lava rocks. I added these fire logs which makes the fire pit look much more like a real campfire. All the pieces fit under the lid if laid flat. Then I just stack them into a pyramid for use. I live in drought-stricken Texas where there is normally a burn ban. This lets us have the fun of a fire (you can roast s'mores etc), without the risk and hassle of burning real wood. Be aware these are for a fire pit, they are too small for an indoor gas fireplace.

These are small but very nice. They are hard to see in this picture, but they complete my faux fireplace in my garden.

These logs are small in diameter but did the job of adding I added an extra layer on the existing logs.

One of the 8 pieces arrived broken in half. They seem very brittle but look nice on my propane fire pit. I'm doing a return and they promptly sent out another set. I took the one broken piece out of the new set and put the broken one into the new set and am returning that. I think they make the flame look more realistic as it intertwines between the logs.

These actually ignited after 3 uses! Emitted a terrible grey-black smoke & “burning plastic” odor. Do not recommend for indoor/gas fireplaces or anything other than decorative use.

These are honest ceramic logs. What we expected and the price is a lot cheaper than our local fireplace store. Would buy again
