This company stands behind it's product!
When I received my tree it was almost dead (I dont feel that the poor condition of the tree was the company's fault, rather I think it took to long due to winter storm and dried out). I contacted the company, sent pics and was able to resolve the issue. Troy sent out a new tree and it is alive and very healthy. I wasnt happy when I received my tree but workung with Triy and getting the replacement tree made me very happy and confident that This company really believes in customer service and product satisfaction.

it arrived sooner than expected. I would have liked more info on pruning it as it grows.

Thriving little lime plant
My kaffir lime tree (about 3' tall upon delivery) was in very good shape and is putting out several new branches of growth within 2 months of its arrival. We have already used the leaves in our Thai recipes and they have been perfect. Thank you for a very good little lime tree!

Kaffir Tree
Was expecting the tree to be relatively larger. It was so tiny that it will take a long time to see results. Not even a bud on the tree. Very disappointed.

It was not the picture. It was and it was broken
The picture did not match the product and also when we got it. IIt was dead and broken

Good, but broken
This plant arrived good but broken. Although it came green and healthy, it looked a lot smaller than the picture and two branches were broken (perhaps due to rough handling in the mail). I have no doubt it'll thrive though...
