Decent product and excellent service/support
Bought for my child to provide communication without moving straight to a smartphone and a means of tracking their whereabouts and it does exactly that. Simple to use and so far quality of calls has been excellent with accuracy of tracking good on main roads and reasonably adequate on country lanes / walks where it struggles a bit at times if off the beaten track but seems to rectify as soon as we hit tarmac again. Battery life seems ok without being spectacular and it's worth turning off when not in use to get anywhere near the up to 4 days advertised. After sales service is outstanding. Very prompt, thorough explanation and the personal touch. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous watch and customer service
We had a minor technical issue and sent an email, we had a phone call within the hour and an email that followed. Great customer service! Would highly recommend the watch too!

Peace of mind for parents
Would not be without this watch for my 11 and 7 year olds. Delays the need for mobile phones. Great customer support.

Returned for quick refund
Watch wouldn't connect to the network, so I had to return it. Customer service was good and the refund very quick. They did suggest opening the back and trying something, but I neither had the correct tool, nor was I willing to risk further damage. We are going to buy a phone instead which is disappointing. I really like the idea of the watch- if it worked.
