Do I get 1 pack or 12 ???

No the listing is wrong I only received one tube, contacted customer services and he said he’d send correct amount and I could keep the one I got. Again only received one then got an email saying I’d get charged again if I did not return the first order. Honestly amazon have the worst customer service they say anything to get you of the phone, they did exactly the same last year on some paint, never resolved that either......
