For the first time in years, I can rise from the sofa with no hands! Moans & groans are now missing when I turn in bed. Unless the placebo effect is extremely strong, it would appear I can readily move compared to a month and a half ago - thanks to these. One thing I’ve noticed more is cracking sounds in my joints - the type you can do with your knuckles and fingers, if so inclined. This isn’t a problem. All in all, I’d say give them a go to see if they work for you. I saw an improvement after a couple of weeks.

I have been taking Seven Seas Jointcare Supplements now for six months, and I have definitely noticed a difference in my joint pain. I am a sufferer of arthritis in almost every joint and this can be painful during the winter months. When I first started taking them I never really noticed much difference but I persevered and carried on and after about three/four months I started to notice my joints wasn’t so stiff or painful. I still have arthritis as these supplements are not miracle workers to take away arthritis but they certainly have relieved some of the pain from arthritis. I am finding it much easier to do things like getting up in the morning is much easier for me to do. As I am a full time carer to my husband these supplements have come at the right time for me. I highly recommend them to anyone suffering with joint pain but I would say they need to be taken for a good few months for them to get into your system. They are exceptionally easy to swallow I put them in a tablet organiser and take them each morning so I never forget them. Highly recommended.

I feel compelled to write a review - something I never normally do. I have struggled for the last 18 months with severe pain in the top joint of my middle finger. The doctor said it was arthritis but offered no treatment. Over time it got progressively worse. I had pretty much lost all mobility in the finger, really struggling to bend it at all. I could no longer make a fist, the best I could manage was a claw. I couldnt hold a pen. The pain was driving me insane and I was at my wits end. My wife suggested taking these supplements (several times) and eventually out of despair I though I'd give them a try. What the hell, its only £17! After just 3 days I thought the pain was slightly easier, but thought maybe it had just eased up of it's own accord. I continued to take the supplement. As the days went on, it started to feel easier every single day. No miracle cure, but it was definitely improving. After completing the first 30 day course, I can honestly say that I have full mobility back in the finger. The pain is gone, even if I touch the joint. I have a very slight stiffness in the joint still first thing in the morning, which eases up as I use the finger. This supplement has become my new best friend. Don't know if it will make a difference for others, but for me it was a life changer. Give them a try.
