LOVE IT!
I have been using Carroll Shelby's chili kits since the 70's. I love this mix, gives an awesome flavor & texture (from a separate optional masa mix) to the chili. They include some hot chili powder so you control the spice level you want. Great stuff & when I saw Amazon had a multi pack it was a no brainer to get it. I shared a few with my son & his wife who were thrilled. I keep it in the rotation for other styles of chili I make.

Great chili flavoring mix
Awesome chili mix. Been using it for years and it allows me to tailor the spice level to my guests’ tolerance. Perfect quantity for a standard pot of chili.

Great Chicken Chili kit
We love this chili kit. Only changes made were to saute ground chicken and chopped onion to start. Also added a can of white beans for the last 15 minutes. We like to mash about half the beans before adding to the chili, it thickens it up and tastes delicious.

Deliciousness in a box
I love this white chicken chili mix. It is quick and easy to make. You can add multiple things to this mix to make it your own. I add a can of white beans, and sometimes cooked carrots to make a high protein meal that sticks to your ribs. The heat/spiciness is completely on you. You can decide if you want it mild, spicy, or anywhere in between. The spices are good quality and this mix works well with a slab of cornbread or garlic bread. It is a great value for the money and a quick meal when you don't have time to spend in the kitchen or at the camp atove.

Hot and Delicious
This is my favorite chili mix. I changed the recipe a little by adding one pound of fresh ground hot pork sausage and one pound of lean ground beef. Folks around here love it. I make it a couple of times during the winter, and there are never any leftovers. My local store stopped carrying it, so I ordered it here on Amazon. Interesting factoid: in the chili contest Carroll Shelby entered with this recipe, he finished second in the trophy category. There is also a great movie on Prime about a small but interesting part of Carroll Shelby’s life: "Ford v Ferrari".

MOST I EVER PAID FOR SPICES
Good product no question but who made up the price charged-I bought it on a whim I love Chili and wanted to try it with Moose meat-it was expensive but it must be good right?- well it is very good but once I was aware of the product and started seeing it at other locations I realized I was truly robbed -before you buy look around -I found it as low as $2.08 USD per single kit plus shipping-Amazon was nice enough to charge me $40 plus in Canadian dollars for a two package kit which is out there for $4.16 they are so nice -but they did give me free shipping over $35.00 ( it only took 6 weeks) but HOORAY for CARROLL SHELBY anyway

A decent, basic product, but beat out by a competitor.
This kit from an iconic chef made a good chili, no doubt about it - but I MUCH prefer WICK FOWLER'S kits (which are extremely difficult to secure here in Canada). The Fowler kits are more flexible, and have a more flavourful chili heat. I would buy this again though if the other still can't be found. Second Prize!
