Franklin Sports Replacement Ladderball Bolas

Perfect replacement for my ladder golf set as the cords started fraying on the originals.

We had the 'ladderball string game' for ~5 years and the string broke on 2 of the balls and could not be fixed. (Kids caused the break. The game is well made). New set is slightly smaller and just a bit heavier and works great. Bright colors. Fair price. Best new feature is a hole drilled through the ball so no more string problems. Replacing string is now an easy fix. Satisfied customer!

Rope frays after time.

I have been wanting to get a ladderball game, but instead bought these “replacement” ball sets and will build my own ladders. These ball sets are solid. I bought other yard sporting items from this manufacturer so knew the materials would be more than adequate. 2 suggestions: see pic. I tightened the knots then did a better burn on the end of the cord, seems they did the ends before tying the know. Hitting the end close to the knot will lock the knot from opening up. Second: don’t leave these out in the rain. Any cord won’t last if they get wet and don’t dry (ie rot) . But if they do, you can always get new cord anywhere.

Durable and work great! Recommend them!

These are absolute junk! I had seen other reviews stating the string pulled through the balls and the balls fall off. I tested them by giving them a jerk and sure enough, they came off the string. All but two of the 12 balls came off the string with ease. Luckily, I have a work shop and some high quality string. I drilled a slightly larger hole. Then, used my own string and salvaged them. The balls are secure now. The manufacturer would do well to contact me. I have the solution to make a bolo that won't dissapoint or, potentially hurt someone. Stay far, away from these unless, you have the tools and the ability to correct the poor manufacturer workmanship. You will be dissapointed!

Great value. I purchased to replace broken balls and these have been fantastic. Great quality and value.

Great replacement for original. Heavy so would damage lightweight plastic sets. My metal frame are dented by the golf balls but that is really no big deal. Overall would recommend.

I have played through 4-5 different ladder ball sets, and for some reason the cable on these is longer than the standard size. Not sure why. They can be shortened with a little bit of work so there is that Other than that the balls are of good quality. I can’t imagine my friends dog chewing on these like the soft bola sets. Nice colours too
