HMR has several diet programs that are administered by healthcare organizations. I went through their program four years ago. It was very successful. After gaining 10 lbs., I decided to use the meal replacement shakes to get back to my healthy weight. The shakes are delicious and filling. I drink three a day, then eat a healthy, balanced dinner. Eating 1000 calories a day with 510 calories from the shakes, I lost 5lbs. each week. I was never hungry, had plenty of energy and enjoyed the process. The shakes make the whole process very simple and easy to follow.

I love the shakes. How ever they did change something because the new shakes taste different from the original. Trust me I have been drinking HMR 800 vanilla flavored shakes for about close to 20 years. They are still good but they are definitely different from the original Ones . There is always someone or a group of people who can never leave well enough alone. Some companies never learn. Notice how I only gave four stars. The old vanilla 800 shake would have got 5 stars

This is the original package which includes vitamins, the new system costs more per serving and does not include vitamins

Love this product. I Add water and ice in my Magic Bulletin, let it blend until it becomes thick. Will last to lunch without getting hungry. Not watery or thin.

I drink these for breakfast and lunch to cut calories and lose weight.

I had 5 shakes a day for 6 months (with no outside food) and lose 80 pounds. 4 years later I've maintained a 75 pound weight loss. I have two shakes a day (one for breakfast and one for a late night snack) and normal, healthy meals for lunch and supper. Very highly recommended.

Wanted something lighter than a full meal. HMR shakes taste great and are convenient to take in the car in a thermos to enjoy anytime of the day. Very filling. Product was SPOILED! Made the shake in my blender and it wouldn't even pour out of the blender pitcher! Dumped it in the kitchen sink and it just sat there like a blob. Had to run hot water over it to get it into the garbage disposal. Went through 5 Customer Service people at Amazon and called and emailed the manufacturer and still can not get the $135 refunded to me. Guess Amazon needs the money more than a woman living on Social Security.
