Defective after 5 weeks

The locking mechanism won’t work if you manually open the blade. After 3-4 weeks now, it only locks into place if you use the switch blade feature. Screw of the clip fell out. So can’t clip it on a pocket or a belt now. No returnable after 30 days. Well it made it to day 45.
