I have ordered this before with no problem, then suddenly it is saying it can not be shipped to my address anymore.  What’s your problem?

This is ridiculous, I am type 2 diabetic and been ordering pen needles for years from Amazon. Now all of a sudden, they decide pen needles can't be shipped to Illinois? Good lord, they hand them out to addicts for free just for the asking in Illinois. So, a diabetic can't even buy them?? Talk about messed up logic Amazon.  Couple months ago, the order went through just fine??

Any response from amazon yet on shipping to minnesota?   this is ludicrous.  i ordered the same thing a while back with no problems.

Hi Michael, 
We first noticed this "restriction" put up by Amazon on 12/11/2020 morning. 
Amazon is the one to put the "restriction" on ALL pen needles. 
We did NOT put those "restriction" on the Amazon website.

We already contact Amazon and ask them to remove those “restriction”. 
However, this is the response from Amazon:

"This product has been identified as an insulin pen, needle, or similar insulin device product that that is subject to regulation in the states of California, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Guam, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Although permissible for listing on Amazon, such products cannot be sold into the above states based on state law and Amazon policy."

We believe our products are medical equipment, not medicine. 
We don't think you need prescription to purchase our products. 
We believe Amazon put us in the wrong category. 
Therefore, we are asking Amazon to do a further review of our products.

Customers called us and told us that when they called Amazon, Amazon told them we are the one put the "restriction". 
This is not true! 
Amazon is the party who put the "restriction" on all pen needle products, NOT us!

We are trying our best to resolve this issue with Amazon. 
But it takes times for Amazon to come to their sense.

Currently, we have plenty of inventory at Amazon Warehouse. 
It just that Amazon are blocking the sales to certain States for the above reason.

We are waiting for Amazon to reverse their decision, if possible. 
You can also contact Amazon to let them know these pen needles doesn't require any prescription to purchase. 
Amazon should not limit the sales of pen needle to certain States only.

Short term solution for your reference : 
We got a phone call from a customer.
Because she is in SC, so she can't purchase the needle direct from Amazon.
But she mentioned that she will ask her friend in MD, which is not on the "restricted list", to purchase for her.
Then her friend can send the needle to her in SC.
I guess this is the short-term solution for now.
Also, most of our needle now have shelf life until 2025.
So you might want to buy some extra boxes if you don't want to bother your friend too often.

At the same time, please check back on the Amazon website regularly to find out if there is any changes

I have ordered your product many times and now they cannot ship to my address?   This is stupid.

I talked with Amazon multiple times regarding this because I have ordered needles many, many times in the past. All customer service reps told me there was a shipping restriction because the closest warehouse didn't have them in stock. I asked them if they could ship from another warehouse and they said that wasn't an option. I told them, I can ship to almost anywhere in the world, but you can't ship to Atlanta, Georgia? Also, I noticed that I could ship to my other residence in Idaho, but couldn't ship to my old residence in the same city in Idaho. This is very odd. Two addresses in the same very small , rural town in Idaho, but I can receive shipments at one of those addresses, but not the other, only a few blocks apart?

How is the fitment on your pen(s) and which pen(s) do you use? Will it tighten securely or continue turning indefinitely?

I use levemir and humalog kwik pens, needles work fine and tighten securely
