The bottle arrived within 24 hours and was safely packaged. We have used this before and it does minimise the tear stains. It does not do the job completely, but we have yet to find one that does. It is reasonably priced and does the job, up to a point, hence only 4*.

I tried this on my Persian cats tearstains, as an alternative to just warm water. The cats are usually very well behaved and happy to have their face wash and small treat as is routine. But using this product they recoil and struggle each time. I dont believe it causes them discomfort but the smell is vile! It does work and clears the staining well but they hate it. So we use it now only when we have to rather than daily.

Brought this for my 14 week old white persian kitten wish I had a good before picture to compare. she had stains under both eyes one worse then the other. one is now perfectly white and the other is fading. I had to use it 2 to 3 times a day at the beginning. now once a day and the stain is still fading away. she doesn't seem to mind it being cleaned and it has helped to slow down her runny eyes in general. I'm wasn't expecting much as reviews are mixed but it worked for us. keep up 3 times a day for a few days and I'm sure you'll see a difference... update.. just ordered new bottle now only wiping her eyes when I see them looking like they need it that's on average once every 3 days all her stains have disappeared and her eyes weep much less so stay cleaner it's a clear smelly liquid the picture on the advertised product is misleading but the product is great needs to be used regularly for best results

This product is unsafe and misleading. The front label suggests it’s for eyes cleaning, were it is an area around eyes only. There is no clear red warning on the front. Contact with animal eyes could be dangerous. The only safety information is hidden in small text on the back label, mixed in with other instructions — it’s very easy to miss. A product meant for cleaning around the eyes should have a bold red warning on the front. This lack of visible warning makes the product confusing and potentially dangerous. The manufacturer should update the label immediately to prevent harm and protect pets.

je l'utilise depuis une semaine et le resultat vieent progressivement les poils qui étaient rouge devienent peut a peut a peine jaunis je pense que utiliser chaque jour ca va redevenir quasiment blanc j'ai testé 8 produits avant celui la et vraiment achetez les yeux fermer il est formidable et laisse le poil doux juste l'odeur d'oxygéné un peu forte mais l'efficacité est la bravo
