This is my only go to brow make-up because it's long lasting,water proof and smear proof. The most recent time I bought this the packaging was tore up. But the product seemed ok so I still used it . Just a little disappointed in the packaging cause I like to store the item in my boxes the whole time I'm using it.

The product is good but I will never order through Amazon again. It took 13 days for them to get it to me. It wasn't coming from overseas so not sure why the delivery was so painfully slow

I’m 70. That’s too old to have a colour stand out for all the wrong reasons! My usual go-to semi-permanent product was out of stock ( because it’s really good!) so tried this to tide me over. I found it to be fussy to apply. The consistency of the product when extracted by the spoolie brush was inconsistent; also I prefer a smaller brush. I didn’t like the angled brush for shaping. The blond colour wasn’t a good match, it was ashy, and a darker shade would’ve been too dark. The formula dries fast, and hardens, so areas you may have built up are going to flake at some point. It does remove easily, & I had no skin reaction issues.

So I’ve been over plucking my eyebrows since my early teens because I must have thought it was cool or something. One time I waxed them completely off and drew them on like Jean Harlow. Not a proud moment. Now that I want to grow them out to their full potential I find that my hairs have thinned and stopped growing in various places altogether. To solve that problem I turned to coloring in the patchy spots with eyeliner or eyeshadow and it was wanting. It smudged when touched and had to be retouched throughout the day. I saw a commercial for this product and decided to give it a try since, well, it’s FOR eyebrows so they must have perfected it for its intended use. It’s a bit pricier than my other beauty products but I think my brows deserve a bit of spoiling with a made for them product. The instructions are simple with only three steps and I have enough of a defined eyebrow shape to follow it with the brushes and get the desired result. I chose the color black to match my hair and it is a deep inky black. I personally like that it’s dark but others might find it a little shocking at first, depending on skin tone. Like someone took a sharpie to their face. I have a Mediterranean skin tone, more olive via my Italian heritage, so it works with my complexion. I can see the black being harsh for lighter tones, but to each their own. I might try the darkest brown next but I have a feeling I’ll go back to black. The product does stiffen the hairs, or maybe I just add a lot, but it also keeps them neat and in place and the product lasts all day without smudge. It’s not uncomfortably stiff though, like how running mascara through the hairs makes it feel heavy and inflexible. Yes, I’ve used all kinds of beauty products on my brows. The bottle is a decent size and I can see it lasting me months before needing a refill. Overall, I’m happy with the find and to have a product marketed for women like me who need to add some oomph to their sparse brows.

Never tried a gel based eyebrow filler before and wow what a difference compared to pencil. Looks natural, sets easy and doesn’t fade.

Unfortunately I didn't see the non refundable statement. Don't recommend L'Oreal Paris products. Many makeup brands allow returns. Product is fine just shade I chose is too dark. Will never purchase this brand again.

First off I have very blonde and very sparse eyebrows. With no brow makeup they are nearly invisible. I am so self conscious about it that my husband has still never seen me with no brow makeup. I have been using wunderbrow for five years now. That stuff was life altering because I didn’t have to worry about accidentally grazing my brow and the makeup coming off. Decided to try this based on the reviews and it is inexpensive compared to other highly rated name brand brow product. I am now officially converted. Is this perfect? NO. But it is the best I have found for someone who has virtually no brows bald patches in their brow. What I love 1) if you are used to liquid brow makeup this stuff goes on like a F****** breeze. 2) I live in Southern California and when I get out of the shower after exercising on a hot day I find myself sweating straight away (bathroom has little ventilation when AC is on) when I would try to put on wunderbrow with damp sweaty skin it is very difficult to apply. This stuff goes on like a pro, what sweaty skin? 3) after a 30 min run this stuff stays in place (don’t wipe your brow though when sweaty will slightly come off LOL) 4) it applies so fast, my brow routine is now effortless 5) covers my bald patches and often don’t need to touch up with a pencil 6) when I wake up in the morning it doesn’t clump together. Often with wunderbrow I would have to touch up spots that kind of coagulated I guess you could say over night but when I try to go over with a pencil would just make it look worse. Not with this stuff!! This stuff seems to have a stickier formula than wunderbrow making the staying power better. I also love the brush it comes with the bristles are perfect whichever end you use and I like how the spooley makes hair like strokes. THIS IS NOT WATERPROOF. But the best I have tried when comes to getting wet. I don’t think there will ever be a truly water or off makeup. Yes it stays on when wet and through exercise but you still can’t touch it without smudging when wet. Just don’t think you can go off for a swim and except to keep perfect brows in tack.

The product itself is probably good. But they sent it to me without brush, how can I use it without the brush? I wrote to the seller, and no one replied. Disappointing

I barely wear makeup. I’m terrible at applying makeup. However, I have over plucked, terrible eyebrows, so a few years ago I bought this to try. It took some practice, but eventually I could make it look decent and I’d apply it occasionally. Then I lost my brows to chemo and it grew back even sparser than they were, so I now wear this almost everyday. I’ve gotten better at shaping and filling in my brows with it. I use the included brush and spoolie to apply it and just wash with soap and water afterwards. It’s good quality and always lasts me the whole tube. My brows last for 2-3 days with it gradually wearing off, even after showering as long as I don’t scrub at it directly. I’ve never had it smudge or bleed anywhere it shouldn’t including my face, pillowcase etc. and it holds up in the rain. All for a decent price! Are there better products out there? Maybe, I haven’t bothered to look. This one works great!

Was surprised how much I liked this, easy to apply. Im bleached blonde and used the light brunette one as otherwise have no eyebrows. Hope it lasts for the price more than a week. Would reorder, not as harsh as an eye pencil neither.

I like this product but give only 4 stars because it is a little difficult to apply. I was going to buy blonde because I'm quite pale but someone had mentioned that the blonde shade was too light. So I decided to try the dark blonde which works well for me. I wash my face morning and night, so it doesn't last into second day for me. I'm okay with that, I just want it to last for a full day, which it does, even with swimming. Applying it takes a bit of practice. I have a few scraggly eyebrow hairs but they're so pale I can't see them. What works for me is to make a very thin faint line with an eyebrow pencil just so I can see where I'm going with the gel. After I've laid down a thin line of the gel, then I go back and thicken with a bit more gel above eye. Then I wait a few minutes, and then use the brush to fluff and remove excess. Another thing that helps the gel go on more smoothly is to warm it up by sticking in my armpit for a few minutes before I apply it. This hack works well with mascara too.

I love it it stays on all day and doesn't smudge
