Can I use this foot creek when it's several years old?

Is this foot cream / lotion, or an ointment? Thanks!

I would say that it's a cross between a cream and an ointment. It's definitely on the slimy side but absorbs quickly (at least on my very dry feet). I typically put it on after a shower and then put socks on. I don't ever notice my feet sliding or anything. There are no stains on my socks. I don't think that I'd slather it on and then get right into bed. I hope this helps!

Did this have a slightly gritty texture for anyone else?
