No more bending down to turn the Christmas Tree lights on and off! Very easy to install. Works great! Buy if you need a remote control! Review: Works from a considerable distance - This relay responds to the remote control from a considerable distance if there are no obstructions between the two. Does pickup through walls too. I have the relay plugged into an exterior receptacle for lighting and I turn the lights on and off from inside the house all the time. As far as distance outside, it seems to respond well up to about 75'

Mine works at 120' through a insulated wall, metal screen and a very busy cedar tree. Up!
Bought 2. One for a Samsung TV because whenever we get an update it lose connection to our surveillance cameras PC. Now instead of getting up and reaching the TV plug to disconnect and reconnect it so it will search for the PC we just hit the buttons on the remote. The other is for the outside light on my shop so I may turn it on from the house 120 feet away. Unfortunately the wonderful motion detector on the led fixture at times won't shut the darn thing off.

Romote Switch for Outlet
Because I have a history of falls having proper light is very important. I use this system to turn on a bedside light when I enter my dark bedroom at night. I keep the remote attached to my walker, so it is as convenient as a wall switch. Possibly it is more convenient because once I am in bed, I can simply turn out the light using the remote. Otherwise, I would need to use the wall switch, adding steps and increasing risk of falls. It was such an easy setup I was able to do it myself.

Great light control but leaking battery!!
Excellent remote light control for my fish tank. Love the product. One problem was the battery in the remote was leaking acid. It corroded the battery and stained the plastic. I replaced the bad battery abd cleaned up the remote battery access drawer. Works fine now.

Bought it for sign in yoga studio; works greate
The yoga studio moved into a larger space and, for some reason, the "Open" sign switch was so far off the floor that none of the instructors could reach it even with a chair. It's not my studio and I'm not an instructor, but I bought this and now the instructors just click it and the sign goes on. click. Sign goes off.

Defective remote.
Will not pair I believe the remote is defective purchased new battery, still won’t pair or click, no light on the remote so I’m guessing it’s defective. I’ve paired many of this type without trouble before I I don’t believe it is a user error. Unfortunately I’ve thrown away all the packaging.

Remote Control for Light in Closet
We needed a light in a closet and the maintenance repair man said he would have to rip open the wall and run electrical lines out to the outer wall to put a switch to flip the light on and off. There was an outlet in the closet, so I bought an electrical light and this device. I plugged the device into the outlet, the light into the device, and hung a hook to place the remote in since it has a keychain attached to it. So, when anyone goes into the closet, we reach for the remote and flip the light on and when done, flip it off. It is the best!
