I have no idea how long you can refridge scrapple, we eat it up so fast, and if I have it too long I will freeze it and thaw it out at room temperature. I hope this helps.

Wonderful breakfast food from the middle Atlantic states!

Scrapple, the name puts some people off and it shouldn’t! It’s not available (for some reason ) on the West Coast so I have it delivered. If California restaurants called it “Saged Pork Polenta” they could charge like $20 a serving! I’ve made it myself several times. Rapa is a brand from my childhood. Slice it and fry it crisp, turning once. Great with eggs UP with crispy edges!

Great product. Awful seller. Buyer beware!

Don't buy this through Amazon or more particularly, from this seller. I've enjoyed RAPA brand scrapple for decades, but this purchase was a BIG mistake. First, the product arrived completely thawed (see photo #1). Second, the seller insists that I mail the ruined product back to secure a refund. Really? I'll dig it out of the trash, then try to convince USPS or UPS to take the smelly mess. Sure. That'll work.
