Delicias Green Peppercorns in Brine, 3.5-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 12)

It is not easy to find this product for the right price. They usually cost $8 per bottle if you can find it in a grocery store. This is a great deal for 12 bottles. It may be a few more than needed, but I can always use it as gifts for others that love it too. For those who know the taste of green pepper in brine, this is the real deal.

Received the green pepper corns from Amazon. Although they were well cushioned 2 out of the 12 containers were leaking, so there was the brine everywhere inside the package. Seems to be a flaw of the bottles, be aware!

They seem to be everything we wanted to make the Sauce of Three Peppers, but when they arrived one of the bottles had a cracked seal and was starting to mold. Good thing there are 11 other bottles!

I used to buy these at Krogers. They stopped carrying them. I use these in a holiday recipe that has been a real success. "Beef tenderloin with chilled peppercorns" I buy them every year... A case at a time. So happy to have a place to actually purchase them.

I used 1.5 tbsp of these peppercorns in a recipe for Kampot Crab with other ingredients noted on sites on the web:soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and it worked well. Remember to rinse the corns before use.

Benn getting these for years and use them in all kinds of sauces, mainly blue cheese for steaks and cream of mushroom and wine with venison roasts.

I use these to make Peppercorn Gravy. Well packaged and arrived as stated. Half a bottle for each batch works great.
