Does it require a heatsink?

I used these to replace crappy LED bulbs in outdoor landscape lighting. They are lit for about 8 or 9 hrs a day with no issues. The board that the individual LEDs are attached to is made of aluminum. I guess that is the heat sink.

Can i use a 12 volts CD transformer/power supply on this lights?

Not suitable, the voltage range of the product is 9-11V. Thanks.

do they come with wire attached ??

Sorry, they don’t have wires attached.
