Google pen worked as advertised, but really believe it is over-priced

Another poorly implemented stylus by Google...the barrel WILL crack allowing the battery connection to fail. It appears to be the same construction as the grey version of this stylus with a black finish to hide the cracks. Poor, inadequate materials considering the downward pressure that's needed to draw/write. Expensive considering the poor quality and failure rate. It is however responsive. I want my money back !!! It's time for me to move to another product line. I've had three of these pens ALL HAVE FAILED within about 2 to 3 months. I need the stylus, I don't need the failures.

It needs a little more ink but so far it's working out good!

Not sure why I see so many negative reviews... This is not an Apple Pencil, and it doesn't pretend to be. Stop comparing it to an object that it really just isn't. That said. I have a Pixelbook. This pen was easy to pair, and it's easy to use. It writes clearly, and there's no lag. It also has that lovely little assistant button that just makes my whole life easier. :) Now. Here's what some of my fellow reviewers are nitpicking about. •It takes a battery. One triple A is included and you'll have to buy more after that runs dead. But you won't be buying a new pen in a year when the internal battery dies. Instead, you have the pen that just keeps on penning, so long as you keep it supplied with batteries. I'm not you. But I'll take that over needing to replace the whole object in a year or so. The cost of one year of batteries is far less than a new device, and it doesn't go through them fast at all. •It doesn't clip to the pixel book or pixelSlate. I mean your regular pens never clipped to your notebooks either. Invest in a nice case and remember that the easy way out isn't always the best. Better protect your pixel pen separately from your device so it won't get scratched or damaged when not in use. •It rolls. It does indeed roll. So does every other writing instrument ever. The fact that it works with a computer shouldn't mean we all get to forget to watch our stuff. Put it in a pencil case when it's not in use instead of leaving it around for anything to happen to it. Consider it a lesson From Google on how to remember to treat your stuff with respect. Also, that roundness feels great in your hand. It's like, you know, a real pen! •The battery can't just recharge on my computer. Nope, it can't. Good old fashioned batteries work best here, see my first point. So you will see, if you read my review carefully that, this pixel pen is great for owners of the Pixelbook and/or the PixelSlate. It's beaten its competitors by a mile or more. simply because one can just change a battery and there you go, pen's good as new again. Don't discount the value of this pen because of the less kind reviews. It works well and it feels great in the hand. Oh, and it looks stunning when paired with its fellow google devices.

I searched pixel tablet pen and this was the first result for a Google device. This does not work with Google Pixel Tablet.

I ordered this thinking I was getting the midnight blue pen as pictured. It was just the standard Pixel Pen in black. The image is misleading. I returned it because it was the wrong color.

I love and hate this. I love what a difference it makes, allowing very accurate detail through higher resolution than my fingertip offers. I hate that at about $100, I know how upset I will be when I leave it somewhere like I frequently do with regular pens! So long as I remember to not carry it with me but only use it in the office and at home, things will be great! Setup: No, it just works. learning curve: Can you use a pen? Then you have got this.

Ich habe diesen Stift für (im Vergleich zu anderen) ziemlich viel Geld gekauft. Nach über einer Woche kam er bei mir an, ich habe die Batterie eingesetzt und er funktioniert nicht. Ich weiß nicht, ob es daran lag, dass ich ein Google Pixel Tablet 11'' Zoll habe und nicht ein Slate oder so, aber selbst da würde ich erwarten, dass der offizielle Stylus Pen von Google auch mit dem Google Tablet funktioniert. Ein anderer Stift, den ich mir jetzt stattdessen gekauft habe funktioniert auf Anhieb, fühlt sich besser an und hat mehr Funktionen. Auch bei der Rücksendung des Stifts wurden mir alle Steine in den Weg gelegt. Ich habe bei drei verschieden Google Support Stellen angerufen und alle haben mich zum nächsten bzw. Vorherigen weitergeleitet. Zudem hat das Rücksendeformular, das mir Amazon ausgestellt hat bei keinem der Versandstellen funktioniert und ich musste nochmal 20€ bezahlen, um den Stylus Pen zu versenden.

Ottima penna è bellissimo colore

The pen works kind of ok on the slate , but no better. This is a replacement for one that came with the slate. The original fell on the floor from a sitting position and stopped working. So they are a bit delicate and it wasn't a nib problem.

Arrived without the battery. Very disappointing to pay over £100 for a stylus that arrives without it! There was the cover where the battery should have been in the box... behind it was a big nothing! Will be returning!
