I'm very pleased with the performance of this shop vac from Craftsman. The suction was much more powerful than expected. Assembly was easy. The wheels snapped in snugly and will not come out. The handle, however, lacked screws to attach it. I hope nothing else was missing from the box that I was unaware of. The cord is long enough for most purposes. The size is perfect for what I intended it for - cleaning out the garage. The day after this vac arrived, the soffit over my patio popped loose and insulation spilled out. I was able to use this vac to get it up. I did have to order another package of bags since this one only comes with one bag. My advice is to stock up before you need to. Overall I'm pleased. The quality is good and the power is better.

this things a dawg vacuums pretty good every attachment sucks besides the small rectangle one but super convinant to have dry and wet vac for this price

I live in Hawaii and have a smaller vacuum I use for doing the cars and my small workshop area. During our recent rain and flooding, my small vac was unable to keep up with the rain blow into our lanai. I ordered this one because it is large enough to suck up large amounts of water, yet small enough to get into tight spaces. It is also small enough we can pick it up for emptying if we don't want to roll it through the house and use the built in valve. It is quite portable and comes with a large assortment of attachments. We used it almost immediately after getting it and it did a great job of handling the water. When these storms are over, we're going to store it for water emergencies only and use my smaller unit for normal uses.

Great for my garage, it is a great wet/dry vacuum. Wheels hold great and has a place for all the extra items. I purchased extra bags with mine and I think thats much needed

This replaces a 30 yr old craftsmen shop vac that has seen better days but still works. I wanted something a little smaller than 16 gallon. So I decided on 9 gallon, it’s very nice much more easier to carry and use. The price was great and packaging was all recyclable nice job. The product now is made in Mexico instead of USA. Sears was once a company where you had a choice of buying USA made products, but when the Chinese bought the craftsmen brand it all changed for the worst. I would never buy any craftsmen product again made in china poor quality. I have craftsmen hand tools and some electric tool 30 years + that still work and are in perfect condition. I shop on eBay and look for tools made in the USA that I need. But the shop vac is a great product and great price and had it within 4 days very happy

good suction and light weight. I've had a larger craftsman shop vac for over 30 years and have had great luck with it which is why I bought this one and plan to dedicate this one just for my vehicles.

This is the perfect size vac. Easy to use, light enough to carry up stairs. We use ours in garage, on the patio, on the deck, in the attic…picks up when the regular vacuum won’t do. Great functionality and easy to clean.

I have been using this vacuum cleaner for many years now, it is a great product no issues in the time I have had it. I highly recommend it.

Has great suction and we just love it. Wheel did come off a few times but small issue and would recommend vacume for sure.

Have had this vacuum for almost a year now and when I bought it right out of the box the suction wasn't that great.. Once I purchased some hose size reducers it seemed like the suction has doubled and now there's nothing it wont pick up. Also recommend purchasing the diffuser (CRAFTSMAN CMXZVBE38660 2-1/2 in. Muffler Diffuser Wet/Dry Vac Attachment) for the exhaust port of this unit... It too works wonders !
