- Shoulder Support Shirt for Men, Posture Corrector Compression Shirt with UPF 50 Sun Protection

I purchased because I have a rotator cuff injury and was looking for support. Was skeptical about fit and feel of a "posture shirt" but am getting desperate and gave this brand a shot. It is awesome. I've worn it two days straight (took off while sleeping) and the fit and feel is perfect. Snug fit and pulls back shoulders but not so much that I'm sore or tired. I can tell I'm wearing it but it doesn't bother me and I feel better than wearing a traditional under shirt. It reminds me of the feeling I have when wearing a collared shirt and tie - it forces your head up, chest forward, etc. but not in an oppressive way. Bottom line, I just ordered two more and these will be my go to under shirts moving forward. Also, very low smell (I worked out twice in them) and no chaffing. These are great. I'm 6' 0", ~200 lbs, fit large was perfect.

In the early spring of 2025, I tore my rotator cuff and bicep ligament lifting weights. I put off surgery for several months. In desperation, I purchased other should support braces that provided little relief. These shirts helped a great deal. After surgery in July 2025, I waited about 2 months to wear again for rehabilitation. They fit very tight and provide great support. I am about 6'1" and weighed about 230 (48" chest) when I purchased the XL. I wear these shirts as undershirts when lifting, hunting, or doing strenuous work. They do create some warmth. I have had these shirts since July 2025. They are still providing great support.

I am 6ft 2in tall, 180 lbs, and purchased an XL based on the Tommie Copper’s size guide. Unfortunately the XL was not tight enough to accomplish the posture support I desired, and given the purchase price of $50, I was not going to settle for anything but a perfect fit. I tried to order the next smaller size (large) but was disappointed to see that it was roughly $25 more expensive (at $75). I decided to purchase a competitors more reasonably priced product. I only had this garment in my hands for 10 minutes, but it does appear to be well made with quality fabric, and the return process went smoothly as well, so I gave them four stars. I respect Tommie Copper’s right to charge the price they feel is appropriate. Unfortunately their prices are simply more than I can justify spending on this type garment.

Very happy with this shirt. Definitely provides strong support for shoulders (posture). Fits perfectly for the XL that I ordered. Helps somewhat for upper back and shoulder pain as well. The shirt is very warm. I probably wouldn’t wear it outside on a summer day, but on the other hand I’m sure it helps keep you warm in cold weather. Overall, I recommend.

Overall the compression shirt is OK. As with other buyers, I found the collar to be loose and "bunchy". Takes some time to get use to. A little odd; wasn't sure but finally decided to keep the shirt. Compression-wise, it provides good support. Given the cost of the shirt I would have expected more than "OK".

Works great

Shirts feel sturdy, like they’ll last for years. They fit snug, just like a compression shirt should. My arthritic shoulders felt immediate relief. I can see me wearing these on every upper body workout day and while recovering from the beatings I take mountain biking. Can’t recommend them enough!

After purchasing a less expensive compression shirt ( which was fine) I ordered this more expensive shirt thinking it would be even better. This shirt actually increased my shoulder pain .I wore it all day to give it an honest test but had to finally remove it due to the pain. I'll stick with the cheaper one.

Fits on the small size and feels tight but very comfortable and does make you check your posture.

This is like medical device really. I thought the reviews were an exaggeration - but no. Its tight but that's how it works. Helps my bad shoulder stay up and in place. I wear it under another shirt until I lose some weight. I look like a salami in a pepperoni sausage casing until then! :-)
