I love these interlocking tools! They made my first interlocking session a lot smoother than it would’ve been. They are super sturdy. The only issue I seemed to have was with sizing. I have multiple sizes of locs in my head, & the smaller tool worked well for most of them. I had trouble with the larger tool; the locs fit in the main hole, but weren’t really secure like they were in the small tool. The smaller hole made for holding the loc in place just doesn’t seem to be either wide or long enough to actually do that. Luckily I was able to figure it out with my hands when I ran across that small problem.

I interlock my mom's hair sometimes, because it last longer and her hair is a lot more of a loose curl pattern than mine. I tried it on my hair but I prefer the more traditional re-twisting method of palm rolling. I have a more tighter curl pattern, so my hair last pretty long without interlocking. Also, I am not professional, but these tools are very sturdy and do get the job done. They come in two different sizes and it's perfect for thick or thin locs depending on how thick or thin your locs are. If you have different size locs like I do, then this is a great investment.
