One of the best blenders I’ve owned.
This NutriBullet blender is AMAZING! -It’s 1200 watts and literally takes less than 10 SECONDS to blend a Frappuccino. -It handles chunks (not little pieces!) of ice like a Boss. It only takes about 15-20 seconds to fully blend a smoothie (I use frozen pineapple, frozen cherries, frozen banana chunks) with zero chunks! Smooth as silk. It came with the base, which I wasn’t sure I would like, but I love it! You can start blending by seating the jar onto the base, twisting it and let it go. BUT since it only takes a few seconds it’s easy to stop by the push of a button which lights up. If you wanna pulse, just press the button. Super easy! The reason I did not originally opt for NutriBullet was because I can’t afford the price. Full price is $129+ tax Currently on sale for $99+ tax I snagged it on a Prime Day and got it for $79 plus tax, which fit my budget! It was like the universe said “hey, you’ve been thru hell trying to find a good quality blender. Here it is. You’re welcome.” Y’all. In the last couple of months I’ve returned 3 blenders (two different brands) to Amazon: 1000w blender broke, got replaced and then the replacement stopped working too. Then tried a 900w, different style of blender, that was super loud, took forever to blend, left chunks, was a challenge to figure out how its operate, and almost impossible to remove the jug to clean it. So I was back to the drawing board trying to find a good blender to make Frappuccinos and Smoothies (daily). My dad had a NutriBullet years ago so I remembered how good it was. This version is wayyyyy better. So if you’ve been through the mill trying out blenders for $39 or $59 bucks, just bite the bullet and get this one when it’s on sale or has a promotion. It’s completely worth it.

Better than Ever!
We've had a well-used Nutribullet for many years that I finally passed on to my son. It has been a workhorse that I have pushed the limits on with regards to blending ice and frozen fruit. It's longevity and performance were why I easily chose Nutribullet again, but this time the 1200W version. Oh my gosh, it effortlessly made the smoothest smoothie I have ever had! The extractor blades and operating power are a definite upgrade from the older model. Just make sure to screw the lid on tight before blending, and cleaning is a easy as ever. I do wish at least one of the tumblers had a handle for more-secure one-handed sipping. I haven't tried the pulse-mode yet, but since I don't have a food processor I am hoping it can be used as a mini-chopper for salsa. For the price, and am super-pleased with the performance! I am hoping for the same long appliance-life as the previous model.

They did it again ... and BETTER!
We had our original Magic Bullet for TEN years!!! Got our money's worth on that one. Blending almost daily but definitely several times a week. The blender cup tabs that go into the slots to make the blender activate all eventually broke off but instead of just getting cup replacements, we figured it was time to buy another. In love already!!! It is DEFINITELY an improved version of the already great magic bullet. When you start it, it doesn't automatically go to the highest speed in a jolt like the older model. Instead it builds up to high speed in a few seconds. The blades are an improved design so that combined with a stronger motor = better blending power so it gets the smoothie smooth in less time and better, velvety consistency. Love that the cups are larger! That'll make making margaritas for parties easier as we can make more at a time. Same as the older model, super easy to clean with just a quick rinse of the cup and blade after use. And one of my favorite yet seemingly subtle additions, SUCTION CUPS on the bottom!!! I got used to just holding the blender slightly to avoid moving when blending chunkier ingredients but this one suctions to the counter. Hoping this one will give me as many uses as the original and if it lasts as long, I'll only ever buy this brand! My ONLY complaint is that I wish they would've added measurements to the cup to make measuring out liquids easier. On our old one, we just measured out 8 oz (the typical liquid amount we use in one shake), poured into blender cup and marked the side with a permanent marker to the 8oz liquid line. I remember wanting to "invest" in the V.i.tamix blender years ago when we first got into smoothies and blending our protein shakes. My mom had an extra Magic Bullet so I held off on the big purchase. I truly don't see the need to spend hundreds when the Nutribullet gets the job done perfectly fine for way less. Good job, Nutribullet!

Excellent product, however Amazon sent used:(
Update: 8/2024. Well, the product I purchased in November of 2019 finally gave out. The plastic gears broke in the base, otherwise everything worked great. Still extremely happy with this product…happy I had my backup still in the box! Hint: to clean blade rinse under faucet with hot water and I shake in to rid of excess water, then be sure to use a towel to dry the few drops of water that may have reached the underside of the blade and set on side to dry completely. Works great for me. Occasionally I will use a paper towel with soapy water and press it along the grooved sides where the black rubber gasket is and move it with a little pressure around the gasket area. I also use a small plastic brush (pointed if you have one) to get the area on the blade where the two sections of the blade attach together. If you like your smoothies a little chunky, the pulse button works great for this and also turns off the process early…just love this option. Waiting for the next sale to get my new backup!!! It’s loud, but I just step away for a bit! Worth it!!!! Enjoy!!! Original review: Ordered new but received used product from Amazon, bought elsewhere and love this product! I’ve had this product 3 years now (N12-1001, Pro +). Don’t ever want to be without it. Bought a back up just in case, and it’s still in the box! Helpful hints: Be sure not to overfill and that while blending there appears to be a bit of air space at the top (if no air space appears, I immediately use the pulse button several times for short duration each time). An increase in pressure from overfilling can cause leaks. Also, my Mom has a smaller version and hers leaked, but she was tapping a spoon on the top rim of the cup after stirring in additional ingredients. This caused chipping along the top rim of the cup and not allow a proper seal. (Luckily we caught it before the seal was damaged) We replaced the cup and works well now. Be sure to screw the blade on tightly. Afterwards I tap the bottom of the unit with the bottom of my hand and the air-tight seal relaxes (you can usually hear it release) then unscrew blade. Works great! Hope this helps you! Purchased in November, 2019 and still going strong!!!! Still love it use it almost every morning!!!

Smoothest smoothies ever!
I bought this three months ago in April. Paid over $100 for it at the time. I previously just used my Oster blender for smoothies. It’s clear, after my first nutribullet smoothie, that I never had a real smoothie before. I couldn’t believe how silky smooth the smoothie was. Even with blackberries!! I love blackberry smoothies but the seeds were always way too much. I was so pleased with how well the nutribullet pulverized these seeds. I’ve never used ice with the smoothie so can’t comment on that, but I have used frozen fruit and veggies. I’ve noticed that in a short time, the blender has seemed to diminish in performance. I had a raspberry smoothie today and there were a few seeds that were left behind. Even though I let it blend the full minute. I like that it shuts itself off after it is thoroughly blended. I wish the cups were a little larger. You can’t really fit too much in them, especially if using fresh kale and spinach. The smoothie cup has a “max” line about a third way down the cup. You don’t want to fill past it. You also want to make sure you have enough liquid. I feel like I have to add more water than I necessarily want to but… Mine came with a really helpful and informative booklet. Filled with recipes, nutritional facts, and how to best operate the blender. It’s easy to clean, I just rinse the blade under hot water. It’s loud, but definitely not any loader than my previous blender. It doesn’t scare away the dogs, like my other blender did. So far, for what I paid I am satisfied with the blender. I use it a few times a week. However, if in the next three months it continues to decline in performance, I will be back to pull off another star. For a hundred dollars, I don’t expect it to be a vitamix blender, but at the very least, last a couple years.

Even Better Than Before!
I had owned and used the predecessor to this NutriBullet, the 900 watt version, for ten years, and was very satisfied with its performance over that ten year period. However, a leak from an off-brand Nutribullet cup, damaged the processor, resulting in the locking mechanism no longer working. At that point, I decided to replace the ten year old Nutribullet with a new one. This new Nutribullet has many, many improvements that are terrific. Firstly, I ordered the 1200 watt version and the difference in power is ver clear. Secondly, this newer version has a Pulse feature that also results in a delay i the start when the cup is locked down, a seemingly unnecessary factor, except that is great, too. Additionally, the blades are now turned up at a steeper angle which delivers a much faster chopping and grinding action as far as I can tell. Lastly, the addition of suction cups on the base greatly stabilize the Nutribullet on a smooth surface, such as a countertop, assuring no spillage.during the operation. Overall, this new version is head and shoulders above the previous designs, which to me indicates an earnest tp improve a product and not just sit back and cheapen a new version with less costly parts. I HIGHLY recommend the new, 1200 watt Nutribullet and hope to get another ten years out of this one!

Found a solution to sticking tabs
My KitchenAid blender finally broke and I needed a new blender for smoothies but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I don't blend large amounts, I mostly just blend smoothies, and I'd like them to be totally liquified so I gave NutriBullet a try. I'm extremely happy with how it works for my purposes. It's loud, but you have to expect that a powerful motor is going to be loud, and you need a powerful motor if you want your stuff blended really smooth. A quiet and less powerful motor will not blend as smooth, it's just how things work. Anyways, it's easy to use. It is easier to clean than my old KitchenAid, but it's still a little difficult to get totally under the blades, so I use a very small bristle brush to get in there. As some other people have said, after a while the tabs that engage the motor got stuck. When blending, a small amount of food must be leaking out, and it gets dried in those tabs and they eventually stick. If they stick then the motor won't turn on. I tried forcing them down by pushing really hard on the clear plastic cup but I was afraid the plastic tabs on the cup would break off (which has happened to other people). Instead I put some lubricant (WD40) on the stuck tabs and used a dull knife to push the tabs down repeatedly and work that lubricant in there. This was months ago and it's still working great without sticking.

Exactly what I Wanted
I wanted a powerful small footprint blender I could keep on the counter at the ready for smoothies, salsas, and sauces. Something I could access quickly and clean fast, and with enough volume for big smoothies as a meal. This NutriBullet Pro+ is a perfect fit. It comes with a 32 and 24 ounce cup which is enough smoothie volume to satisfy in either cup. Small footprint, quick access, and a breeze to clean and ready for next concoction. 1200 Watts is plenty of power to smoothie out your ingredients in 10 to 15 seconds. It will run for a minute straight if you need it to but I have no need to turn concrete steps into sand. This one also has a 'PULSE' function if you wanting to dial in the chunkiness of your salsa or sauce. I have not tried this yet but I really appreciate the option and I know I will eventually use it. Most important for me is it's Quick access and very fast clean up. Performance power is more than I expected and every bit all I could ever need. Build quality is excellent and it definitely appears to be built to last. Excellent product for my needs. Hope this review helps anyone out there looking these type of blenders.
