Feels premium, looks great, nice and small, and works great so far.
UPDATE: It’s Tuesday, November 5 and the Lightning adapter they offered just arrived. I think they offered it Thursday or Friday and given the weekend it appears that they sent it quickly. Still, it really would be best if this came in the box. Perhaps it’s just a logistical issue on which they are working and will have sorted soon. I don’t know. Either way, it’s a nice Y-adapter that allows me to run both the interface AND a separate Lightning cable for charging into the iPad, which is important since the interface gets its power from the tablet/phone/etc. Will this adapter last? We’ll see. In my experience aftermarket “Apple” cables can be very hit or miss and even some of the good ones can give out after awhile. I have the official Apple adapter so I’m comfortable keeping both with me. If this generic one is all you have, you may want to consider a back-up if you’re gigging. Overall, I’m still working out the finer points but I’ve got Bias FX running smoothly on my iPad. It really is amazing what’s possible today for musicians and performers who are willing to let go of traditions. Grab your instrument or mic, a phone or tablet, and this interface and you can plug into any PA system and be ready to gig with dozens (hundreds?) of apps, effects, etc. Yup, all potentially “carry-on” friendly depending on your instrument. :) Anyways, my original review is below. [ORIGINAL] A simple, effective way to get your guitar into your iDevice! Packaged nicely, the unit is lightweight, but solid and premium feeling. Does what it's supposed to do. One thing to note is that, as of October 31, 2019, the item comes packaged with a USB cable (A to B). Shortly after placing my order I received a message from the company saying they would like to send me a new cable if I would allow them to. I assume this will be a new lightning adapter but will try to update this when it arrives. Obviously, for people who do not already have the lightning adapter, this might be frustrating, but I appreciate they are going to the lengths they are to send one for "free." Assuming I'm correct and they are sending the lightning adapter, this means that with one single purchase you can get your guitar, etc. into your iDevice. Many other options require you to purchase the interface, the adapter (Camera Kit from Apple), and perhaps a mobile power supply if you want to be wireless on the road. The unit itself is smaller length and widthwise than my iPhone 8 Plus and will be easy to throw in a backpack or gig bag. Overall, very happy to have found this. Again, I will try to update if anything changes. Thanks!

Couldn't find a functional ASIO driver for Windows 7 Pro
I'm sure this is probably a great product for Mac users, but I spent days trying to find an ASIO driver that would work with Windows 7 Pro. Why doesn't the Melo Audio website have drivers to download for Windows? They're clear in their description that Windows users will need one. ASIO4all, and other ASIO drivers I tried, would not work. I found the Melo Audio customer support really lacking. Their website is all about selling you more stuff, not fixing your problem. So I returned the TS Mini and bought a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2. The software for it installed right away and worked. Focusrite knows how to do support. They have a special driver for Windows. Melo Audio needs to do this too if they're going to claim their product works with Windows.

If you are using with iPhone or iPad make sure you get proper adapter
It did not come with the adapter to connect to iPhone/iPad. I bought a usb to lightning port adapter and did not work. The company did not send me the proper adapter until I left a review. The correct adapter MUST also have a port for charging the phone/iPad while using the adapter or else it will not work. Once this correct adapter is used the TS mini works great. They should include the adapter in the box rather than having to ask for it.

Best Value on the Market
The TS Mini is by far the best value on the market. The interface is ninja silent and ultra stable, I've never had any glitching or freeze ups, and I can switch between multiple sources(DAW, computer, internet etc.) without issue. Even better is Meloaudio's warranty service; they definitely stand behind their products. Couldn't be happier with this little unit.

Not for iPad Pro Gen 3 or 4
This device works fine with windows, once you install the proper ASIO driver, but it’s NOT compatible with an iPad Pro Gen 3, or 4 It will actually come online, but since the hardware does not understand the IOS audio ‘out’ no daw or software will work with it. You just get silence.. we use many different audio interfaces, including the iRig DUO Pro’s etc, this is the first one we have ever experienced an issue with..

Works well with Bias Fx2
Cheap, reliable, and worked as advertise. Almost minimal latency. Sounds better than Irig.

Frustrating
The mini is good except, for a key thing that is not included for some strange and extremely frustrating reason. There is no usb to iPhone cable supplied and apparently this device requires a unique one so that it can work properly with iPhone apps. Why on earth would you not ship it with the device when one of your key selling points is that it connects to iOS devices? I would pass on this thing. Too much hassle.

No matter how I tried I could not get the TS mini to communicate with any of my ipad music apps. It came up in the input selections but that's as far as it got. It was either faulty or I just couldn't understand the user manual. Anyway, I returned it for a Refund.

I received a defective unit, from what I'm seeing I'm not the only one. I think Meloaudio definitely have a quality control issue that they need to sort out.
