Health yourself
so many health benefits. Sleep, oxygen transport, iron absorption, energy, maintain hair color, to name a few. Sleep is the biggest thing. don't be afraid to take however high of a dose you need. I keep this stocked will probably take for th rest of my life. I'm 38 and realizing how important minerals are for everything. If you have sleep issues the first thing to try is minerals. Selenium is good for sleep as well. The trick is to not need a doctor haha

Best ever!!
I use this product to help calm my mind and help me sleep. I ran out and it’s been a month and I notice the difference. I’m 55 and Menopausal so it’s been difficult to sleep and I’ve seen a change in how I think. Sometimes just negative thoughts get in my mind. I’m normally a very positive person. After taking this not only did I get better sleep I noticed a better mind set. Although I’m not a doctor, I am an expert on my body and how I feel. This made a huge difference. Soo glad I found it.

Special with people over 60 need more mineral vitamins. It is important because we do not absorb them as well and also our body will use them up to quickly, so it is important that every once in a while we replenish ourselves with these product products
