Ashley...you actually asked your question to the “Q & A forum”. If your soap dispenser was missing a part, you need to either (A) send it back to Amazon, show it was “missing part” & they will give you label to ship back free + credit you amount, or (B) go to the Amazon “help page”, can talk to someone via “chat”, explain problem + maybe they can get you part. But if you just return it, you will get FULL REFUND + you can then order new one. Unless there’s a # waisted for Samodra.
