Spike has been a staple in my kitchen for decades. It is delicious with avocados, vegetables, cooked eggs and egg salad, fresh tomatoes, salad dressings to name a few. This salt free version has the same great flavor as the original.

Glad to find this. It doesn't taste good by itself, but a few sprinkles livens up food without changing the flavor if the food.

This is the best, great taste and a must have if you are on a low sodium diet. I use it in soups, stews, and sauces.

This seasoning has always been my favorite! I used to use Spike years ago because it added delicious flavor to dishes. But over the years I somehow forgot about it. So recently I looked to see if it was still available and yes it was! I love to use a wide variety of different spices in my dishes, but Spike is my most used one now and it is again my favorite for a wide variety of dishes.

I am on a strict no/very low sodium diet and this is the best seasoning blend I have ever used. It is no longer carried in any of the food stores in my area. Now can get a steady supply and don’t have to go on any more pointless searches.

Adds considerable flavour for quick seasoning but one could prob do as well or better ( for personal taste) with own mixture. A bit pricey for quantity.
