Wildlife Series - 6.5" Cast Iron Skillet with Wolf Scene

Perfect skillet for baking cookie skillets! My kids enjoy making ( and eating 😊) them, and it’s super easy to prep with oil and clean. Durable, practical, and a great little addition to our kitchen! To prevent rust, we always make sure it’s completely dry before storing, no rust so far!

Love this pan! I do modify them for a smooth inside, but lodge makes a decent product off the shelf. A little work and you will have a product worth triple what it cost. Easy to clean and does not seem to rust quickly if not used.

A few years ago, I received a pan that was slightly damaged, but I could easily retrun it. This time, I ordered the Wolf skillet again and received a very nice item in near perfect condition. Thank you! Love the design and the practical size.

I love it I like the wolf scene very good quality holds heats right size for me not to heavy for me to lift, I mainly use it for cooking my eggs for breakfast

What can you say about cast iron or even Lodge? Handiest little pan I have in my kitchen "arsenal". Perfect for breakfast eggs or sautéing ingredients. Even heat distribution. Once "seasoned" you'll have a great little pane that is virtually non-stick, easy to clean, with no residual taste. A great value. You'll have no regrets investing in this little beauty.

But in terms of actual use , so far , I’m kicking myself that I lost my best cast iron pans during a move - and cannot find any thing remotely comparable. I seasoned what is a very cute little pan it when it came …. thinking , it says pre seasoned, and now I’m going to guarantee nothing sticks to it . No such luck . First thing I cooked , and I’m someone who knows exactly how for maximum deliciousness as well as the critical Tlc cast iron needs to ensure longevity - I was beside myself , next couple times were better not what I had hoped, but for the cost , I can’t be too shocked as most unfortunately, it’s value is probably proportional to the cost and investing more money for better quality is on the horizon. The design is very cool though so if you are getting it for that purpose, definitely go for it. I purchased another brand new net sponge specifically for these pans , This pan wants to Rust, but I refuse to let it. It is a little bit ridiculous though how much time I have to spend to make sure it doesn’t. If I could give it 3 1/2 stars, I would.

This is a great small pan. It is the perfect size for a single hamburger patty, pork chop, piece of chicken. I caramelized onions in and it worked great, as well. I have not used it for eggs but I know it would handle one fried, and two scrambled. It was easily seasoned, just oil it. Wash, dry and reapply oil and it is ready for its next use. I really like how easy it cleans.

I need a smaller pan for breakfast, finally I selected the lodge. I am still quiet happy about the quality even I feel regret that I should buy a bigger one. Nevertheless after carefully performing seasoning, i use it every day. You don't need wait long time to heat up and cook quickly. it can be easily cleaned with warm water and keep it dry with a little oil. It will become non sticky after a while. A little expensive but worthy to have.
