kid safe coating sometimes need to be cleaned off with isopropyl
These are coated with kid safe coating. The coating needs to be cleaned off before being used in delicate electronics like a watch. Do not buy these if using them in a watch. After the coating is removed using ipa, they worked fine. But it was a hassle.

Yay! My garage remote has new life. The childproof packaging is very useful if you have kids in the house, but a bit challenging for this adult. Use scissors.
