Read the instruction provided in the package,very important
It's very good,but only if really know how to use pressure cookers.these kind of kitchen untensils can be dagerous if not followed by manufacturer script,which in the booklet that comes with it,explains everything. It is however a very good pressure cooker ( if cooking for 1-2 people)

I bought 2 of these: 3 and 8.5 litres. Water pours from the lid. The 3 litre lid got stuck with food cooked inside. Wrote to WMF. No solution. Store gave me a new lid after 3 months. I threw the 3 litre cooker away. Never again.
