What does "without slot" mean?

Some lids come with a pre cut straw slot in them. These are solid across the top.

are these the sturdy clear plastic tops? i ordered some that were very flimsy and didn't hold up. I don't want to make that mistake again!

I would not call these flimsy, they worked out well for capping the 2oz cups

The description says case of 25. I am assuming that is a sleeve. How many are in a sleeve?
