Munchkin® Arm and Hammer Nursery Fresheners, Assorted Scents of Lavender or Citrus, 5 Count

We have a small linen closet that also has a dirty clothes hamper in it. So, I was looking for something to get rid of the odor. Pro or con - depending on your preference - they have a slight scent when you open the package, but you don't smell the scent after that....like when you open the closet door (which I prefer). Pro - they work great at eliminating odor. They may be mini size, but they are mighty! I have found that other scented brands can have an over-powering smell that overwhelms me when I open the door, and doesn't do as good a job at eliminating the odor. Con - there is no adhesive for sticking. Although you could probably use command strips or something like to hang. My work around was to place two in my closet - one on the edge of the top shelf, and one on the edge of the bottom shelf, where they won't get bumped or moved. I think these would work well in larger closets too, you would just need to use more depending on the closet size, and make sure you space them out for maximum coverage. I don't know yet if it will last the full 90 days, I'm hoping to get at least 30 days. So far, I think this is a great find, and it's doing what I need it to do. I would recommend this product.

I read the reviews before ordering but never expected these to be only about two and a half inches across. So if you buy these expect to have to use two. I did not stick them on anything because I don't think they will last that long. I wanted to use these in my disabled husband's room to freshen it up. Should have just poured some Arm and Hammer in a bowl and placed it out of the way. Trust me, one of these are not the kind that works for diaper pails either. I repeat, these do NOT fit the Munchkin diaper pails. I suppose you could put one of these in a drawer to help keep clothes smelling fresh but any bar soap can serve the same purchase and then wash with the soap when you need it. I'll just buy boxes of baking soda for the room. Flowery smells don't work for me either so wall plug ins aren't the answer either. Each disk is shrink wrapped but all the baking soda disks had places missing in them. They say they're fragrant but I really couldn't tell one from the other. I don't plan on purchasing again. Just don't see that they have any use.

Before My husband & I bought these we did read through the reviews, we did see a lot of negative reviews but my husband & I decided that for $10 for 2-packs of 5 why not give them a try. Well now we know why not...they suck! Plain & simple. Do not waste your money. We received two packs of the citrus "scented", I say "scented" like that b/c even when we opened the pack we couldn't really smell anything. We have a Diaper Champ & we use the Frebreze Odor-blocking trash bags and thought maybe the Nursery Fresheners would help. (I used the diaper champ w/the odor blocking trash bags w/my first daughter who's now 3 and never really had any issues w/the can smelling...only when I'd open it to change the bag!) the first time I put one in we couldn't smell anything & noticed no difference...I ended up putting all 5 from the pack in and it still made NO difference. These do not help at all. Don't waste your money if you plan on using them for your diaper pail. We use a lot of "arm & hammer" products and have never disliked any of them...only these. I still have one pack of 5 left and may try using them in other places but again if you plan on using them to "help" with the smell of the diaper pail save your money and don't buy them. They are completely useless.

We bought them to use in our cruise stateroom to just place around and keep the area fresh. We never really put them to the test. We did have two in the small bathroom, and it never got smelly in there, so maybe they were working? I don't need an overpowering scent, as that can really get to me, so the baking soda appealed to me. I just thought there might be more scent than they had. They are very tiny, and they don't stick on but it wouldn't be that hard to get something to stick them with if you need that.

Don’t really recommend this product. I don’t smell anything and it doesn’t last really long. It’s not worth the buy

Little pricey but perfect for the baby diper garbage. Makes the poop smell go away. Wish there was more arm hammer stuff in germany.

I use these for my diaper genie and just use 3m tape on the back to keep it on. I find these keep the smell away a lot better than what comes with the diaper genie. They don’t keep all the smell away but it’s so much better then it was before I got these!

No need for the product.
