Best smaller fan!!
This fan has a lot of power for the size. I like how there's 3 speed settings and has the option to tilt. It has a nice sound, not too loud or too quiet, perfect for falling asleep! It's also great for travel, fits easily into a suitcase. It came ready to use right out of the box and seems quite durable. A great price too!!

love
This frameless box fan is fantastic! It has a sleek, modern design that looks much cleaner and more streamlined than traditional box fans. The airflow is strong and consistent, quickly cooling down the room without being overly loud. I love how lightweight and easy it is to move from room to room, and the slim profile makes it easy to store when not in use. Despite its minimalist design, it feels sturdy and well-built. It’s efficient, quiet, and stylish—a perfect combination. If you’re looking for a powerful fan that doesn’t look bulky or outdated, this frameless box fan is a great choice. Highly recommend!

Simple, powerful, and great for everyday use
I’ve been using this Amazon Basics air circulator in my bedroom and home office, and it works really well. It moves a good amount of air for its size and helps keep the room comfortable without taking up much space. The tilt head is very useful, and the three speed settings make it easy to adjust depending on the temperature. It’s lightweight and easy to move from room to room. It can get a bit noisy on the highest setting, but that’s expected with a powerful fan and hasn’t been an issue for me. Overall, it’s a simple, reliable fan that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I’m very happy with it.

Stopped working after two and a half years
For being so compact, the fan is quite powerful, but it completely stopped working after 2 and a half years. Not good for long term longevity.

Amazing Fan
I waited to make a review because I saw a few people saying it doesn't last long, but I can say after having mine for 3 years, it is definitely a hardy little fan. After 3 years it still blows with the same strength as when I got it, it comes with 3 levels, I have it on the lowest every night when I sleep and it's still a decent amount of airflow. I keep this fan on for hours at a time, literally all night every night, and I have been for years and it's still going strong. The noise level in my opinion, it's reasonable for the size and speed it's blowing at. At the lowest setting, it's at the foot of my bed and has a soft whirling that creates a white noise that at this point helps me sleep. Higher levels definitely have a louder noise but I've never needed to use anything other than the lowest setting. It's easy to use, just plug it in and turn it on. The switch is a little counterintuitive though because it goes backwards, the farthest level is the lowest and the first is the strongest. It's overall very lightweight, and you can move and aim the fan up or down to adjust airflow (doesn't move side to side, but it's small enough you can turn the whole thing). It is made of hard plastic, and looks exactly like the picture. When I bought it, it was $15, not sure if the price has changed since then, but considering rhe price, it's an outstanding little fan, and I definitely recommend it. Not a huge financial commitment either if you for some reason end up not liking it.

Good quality
Good for the price. I use this at work to circulate air. I wish it tipped down a little further. But it is a decent quality and provides decent airflow.

Mixed experience. Good at first, but both required repair in under two years. Fire risk?
I have two of these fans, purchased January and July of 2023. Up until now (November 2025), I've been very pleased with them. They have been powerful, quiet, and economical. Today one started squeaking. I'm handy with many things, so I attempted repair. I was pleased to find this was easy. There is a single screw on the back near the bottom which, once removed, allows the grill to be rotated slightly to release the four latches holding it on. There are even helpful marks on the top showing the latched and unlatched position. The motor was easily detached from the casing with two screws, and had enough free cordage to comfortably work on. And the moving parts were easily separated from the motor frame and windings with two more screws. A little oil on all friction points, plus a general dusting, and it was looking and working like new. From past experience with motors of this type, this usually extends the life by at least a couple of years, sometimes ten or more. Though the other fan hadn't shown any noticeable signs of failure, I decided to give it the same treatment. Glad I did. Turns out it too was failing, with significant resistance on the shaft. And the motor was SUPER HOT. Even after 15 minutes, I still couldn't touch it for more than a second. I measured then at 131°F. How hot had it been originally? If I hadn't taken the initiative to service it, would the first symptom have been smoke, or even fire? I didn't notice any obvious thermal fuse to protect against this. Upon returning to this product page to leave this review, I see other complaints of the motor failing in short order, apparently some within two months. It's still a good fan for me, and I would even consider buying another one. But ONLY because I'm able to personally correct what appears to be an improperly lubricated motor, which I would do from DAY ONE rather than waiting for problems.

I have had this fan for a couple years now and I literally have it running every day on my beside table at night for white noise to help me sleep. The sound is not loud and is enough to cancel out ambient noises so I can sleep. Yeah, I know it sounds crazy but when it is "too quiet" I can't sleep and any other sounds will snap me out of my sleep. The fan works well for moving air and does a reasonable job at helping keep the room from getting stuffy on a hot day. Don't look for it to move huge volumes of air, the fan is not designed for that. I have been impressed that during 2 Summers now when hot out, this fan runs 24hrs a day. When not hot outside, I run it at night for about 8hrs. That is a LOT of time for the bearings to run and they have performed excellent. It would be interesting to calculate the distance it would have travelled if you took the dimensions of the bearing hub and figure out how many inches of travel in one full 360 degree rotation of the hub. Then multiply by how many full rotations happen per second, then times 60 to equal a minute, then times 60 for an hour then times the average time it has run in a year! LOL...my point is, this little fan has likely spun for thousands of miles on those bearings in 2 years without overheating and it is still going strong! Pretty good for an inexpensive fan when you really think about the wear and durability!

Lost a star due to Amazon customer service- the rep was really nice obviously things are out of his hands but my issue didn't get resolved. I have two of these because so good but unfortunately one of them had a weird burning smell and then stopped working. I changed the fuse, yes it has a fuse in the plug and to no avail. I've had it 3months and 4days and Amazon won't replace it because it is outdside of the window, I never wanted a refund just a replacement, I figured due to it being an electonic the warranty for a defective item should be enough but its not, such a shame. Have a fuse handy and be ready to discard if the replacing of a fuse doesn't work other than that when it works it's a great little fan
