I think 3mm. They didn't fit my lights, so I'm afraid I ditched them.

yes they were 4 clear 1 white tipped fuse bulb

Are these warm white please?

Well, they are standard filament lamps so are quite warm white. Certainly not the cool white of some LEDs.
