Jacquard Solarfast Dye Film 8.5 X 11 8/Pkg

EDIT: After using cheap transparencies, I realized these are the BEST and worth every penny. These are made for solar dye. These are opaque enough to allow a nice, dark print from your ink jet printer. I had to layer 4 cheap transparencies to get the opacity of two of these. Get your project figured out, then use these to make your run of prints. Highly recommend. Almost a MUST for solar dye, guys. I included a print with these and a print with the cheap. The prints are CMYK process prints using the solarfast dye. D

Product works as described. Very satisfied.

I use these transparencies for cyanotype and Van Dyke prints. The negatives I print work well, but on the most recent package I received, the transparency had marks on it where it was rubbing against the cardboard of the package. It left marks that showed up in my negative and in the image I printed. I hate that I had to discard the negative.

We have been taking photos and reformatting them using the Jacquard photo negative generator on their website. Then print to transparencies to sunprint with commination of images and objects. Excellent results.

I loved this I just wish there were more sheets for the price.

Exactly as ordered/described. Not sure whether its necessary to use this stuff over regular transparencies, but we shall see...
