Sometimes you just need a flat fit plug. This does the job well! Everyone could probably use these for fitting behind furniture, etc.

The best outlet for things on our nightstands by our bed happens to be behind our headboard. To avoid extension cords from across the room, I decided I needed two smaller extension cords to plug into the previously mentioned outlet. Well, I didn't read well enough to realize I was ordering a 2 pack, and I ordered two lol. But I guess it's good I accidentally ordered two 2 packs, because... I plugged in both cords from the first pack, then plugged my bedside lamp into my cord... no light. I plugged my lamp into the other cord and it worked. So I tried plugging the lamp directly into the wall plug and it worked. I took the "non-working" cord to a different room with a different lamp and it worked. That's weird. So I grabbed another cord from the accidentally purchased pack to try by my side of the bed again. It worked. I'm confused. So the non working cord does work, just not in this outlet with my lamp? I'm going to label the cord "finicky b****." Obviously I'm keeping both sets of cords because you never know when you'll need one. But I guess keep in mind that you might get a finicky cord like I did that chooses which outlet it likes. The cords feel sturdy enough and good quality and seem to work fine... (you know, aside from that confused one...)

We needed some short, shallow-plug, extension cords to fit behind the nightstands in our guest room to provide easy access to power for phone chargers and such. These are longer than needed, but not obnoxiously long. They work great (although we haven’t had them long - so I can’t speak to their long term quality). I like the fact that they are 3-prong compatible. I recommend them.
