I was originally going to purchase the kangen but they were on back order and I little bit more expensive. I was skeptical on the benefits and claims being made because well, water is just water right? ERRR WRONG! There are 3 types of water generally sold (4 excluding tap). Purified/distilled, spring and alkaline. Purified water is a scam, if you’re still buying purified water you probably still eat at McDonald’s and buy produce at Walmart, this is the worst water to buy as it provides the least amount of hydration (can make you more dehydrated) and benefits. Spring water, being one of the best, provides the best and most natural form of hydration due to the natural minerals thanks to Mother Earth! Alkaline water is also one of the best forms if not the best form of hydration but BE AWARE! As many brands, such as under armor & essentia, are just purified water with a higher PH level. While this can be a good solution for an upset stomach these too can also leave your body more dehydrated due to the reverse osmosis stripping the water of its minerals. So what has made this device standout and is it actually worth it? The short answer is YES, If you were/are like me and always buying bottled water then this device in the long run will eventually pay for itself! As for the benefits, I am someone has had a weak liver & kidneys so most of my nights had tend to be restless due to the constant pulsating and throbbing of my insides 🥲. I wanna say after about a month of religiously drinking and sticking to this water I can say these pains have subsided! Not only had my internal stomach pains subsided but my mood throughout days had also changed, leaving me with more energy, a better mood and heck even smoother and softer skin! I’m not sure if this brand/device is the only one to have this function but it may be partly due to the alkalinised antioxidant option that this system has built in! This is the function that I constantly use for hydration whether it be in the gym or on the go! Although I can’t say this device is completely to blame for my change in health, granted that I take daily multivitamin’s daily, I can attribute that it has definitely in terms of hydration! I should note that I’ve also changed how I store my water, no more plastic or aluminium bottles, I’ve recently opted for a full copper flask! Although I’ll leave the research to you guys on the benefits of storing water in a copper hydro flask. Hope this helps anybody on the fence of purchasing this device or similar ones, as some of the cheaper and even more expensive ones lack the proper filtration systems to properly clean your tap water!

Great product and awesome customer service. The taste is so much better, we are on a well and get good PH increase. Our daughter on city water comes over weekly to fill up several jugs of drinking water... I would recommend purchasing directly from the sellers website where other perks are built in for the same price. Good folks to deal with for sure. I have notice significant health improvements after using. I have reduced inflammation and have increased kidney function when used in coordination with and Nitrogen Water generator. I get that it is not cheap but its worth the health benefits in my book. I have stage 1 CKD... Fyi I purchased this and returned it to purchase directly from seller. I installed mine in about an hour.

Keep those turbines clean and descaling is very important. The ionizer is amazing.

Cons: Falls Short on Ionized water function, both alkaline and acidic. Falls Short on cleaning function where the acidic PH level limited to 3ph. This can not disinfect surfaces just "clean". Pros: Hydrate, Heal, antioxidants, detoxify, weight loss, and restores electrolytes are true. Easy Setup & Install Great Warranty Competes well with antioxidant ratings Significantly lower cost Brings 2 types of filters. (Normal Filter and Special filter that adds minerals) Overall this machine is used for a excellent source of antioxidant drinking water with some useful presets. If you want added functions like removal of pesticides and sanitation you would be better off paying top dollar for the right machine. Other than cons mentioned very happy with this drinking water machine.

I tested the pH of the 9.5 aqua ionizer pro when I got it with the mineral filter added. And it's only 9.4 at most with a low water flow rate which increases the pH a little. I test my tap water and it says 7.3 in Sacramento and that is generous. Carmichael used to have 9.0 tap water until a few years ago. My grand parents lived in Carmichael I've always lived in Sacramento. Anyways this machine boasts lows and highs from 3-11.5 and it's nowhere near that the lowest I got was a 6.0 and soda is lower than that. This is unbelievable I got a 500$ discount on this machine running me over $1,700 and my first 5 plate ionizer from this company cost me about $500 from Amazon over 5 years ago, no longer within warranty, and now that same model is over $900 but I got over 10.5 pH with that model and close to 4 acidic water pH with it. Either this model has been passed around and has just been sold as new, or this thing is so old it's defective now. Just like my first machine is does nothing now for the water except run it through a filter. I know that if this machine can turn my tap water alkaline then my old machine is just straight up broken. And I have to send it to aqua ionizer pro so they can give me an estimate on how much to fix it. This new machine has a lifetime limited warranty. So they would just replace it with a working model. But I'm tired of all of these Amazon products being defective and just want my money back at least I can buy some over 10 pH essentia for less than $20 and be happy for a week. Hope you get a pH tester and don't worry about a tds tester because ionizers take all the tds alkaline minerals and concentrate them so you have more tds in alkaline water than acidic or tap water. It's not a bad thing it's actually healthier this way so pH testers are more accurate on the benefits of your water but both are good to have and tds meter by itself is misleading.

So far I have run 1600 liters of water through the machine and it has worked fantastically. Our output falls between 3.5 ph on the low end and 11 ph on the high end. I cannot comment on the - ORB levels as I do not have a meter. I can comment on the effectiveness of using the water in different ways. Our biggest usage comes from the antioxidant button, yes it does taste different than regular tap water - but for the better. Since I began drinking this high ph option I simply "go" better in the mornings. The coffee/tea button produces some awesome tasting coffee and the "beauty" button puts out a slightly acidic water that have our plants thriving. Then we have also been using the "cleaning" water to make our kitchen shine with no streaks. I have seen videos that claim this machine does not produce what it claims, but the testing kits I'm using, on our local water, tell me this machine actually is doing its job. To think I almost spent 2x as much for the popular Japanese brand we tested. While it put out a ph of 2.0 it still cost 2x this product and we don't have a medical facility to disinfect. So for us this was a perfect product, so happy with the purchase

Device works great, you can taste the difference between tap and what comes out of the Ionizer. You can feel a difference when you drink it for a few weeks. It comes with countertop installation instructions and some connectors for connecting to water outlet under sink. The instructions show you how to hook it the specialized faucet or faucet connector. It does NOT come with instructions for under sink installation or an under sink male connector piece that replaces the bendable spout coming out of it to connect to sink water faucets. You will have to buy that separately for $50 from the manufactures directly. Given the price I feel that should have came with it. You will need more specialized pieces when you do hook it up under sink as when you turn the water off at the faucet it will continue to run until the water at the water turn off value is turned off. Maybe a special sink faucet is needed for this. There is an extra wire connector underneath device with the power, alkaline out, and acid out that the instructions say nothing about nor any explanation as to what it is. If you go to the manufactures website there are electronic sink faucets maybe it's for that. Unknown as there is no explanation that comes with the device. I'm happy with the device, but given the price, instructions/explanations could have been better, and could have came with under the sink hook ups also.

I just love it, in a short time already feeling the benefits of it. The water setting make me feel great, the benefit of the antioxidants and alkalinity can be felt after a week of drinking water. The cooking setting so far just have try it with oatmeal and have not know any difference in flavor, I have eczema and the beauty setting help me with the itching that's crazy most of the cream don helm me at all. I was like there is no way that without some I can clean the dishes I was wrong LOL. Still trying the setting and possibilities. This is not a five star machine it need to be in a new level 6 star or something. You will not really know what I'm talking about or anyone for that matter until you use it.
