Good Book for kids

I bought this book for my four year old kid and it’s working like magic... In every chapter, book introduces a new sight word and there will be a few sentences to practice reading that word... So as a parent I just have to tell the sight word that is getting introduced in that chapter and my daughter was able to read the sentences under that chapter ... The best part is now she likes reading this book on her own and it’s been hardly a week that we got this book ... In a nutshell the book does her job pretty well, keeps the kid engaged (if he/she enjoys books), gives the confident to the kids that they can read on their own, and makes the parents happy :)... A tip for parents - Don’t introduce this book as a study book and sit and teach .. Rather give it to them like a story book and tell them to read on their own using their pointer finger. You can be there with the kid just to tell the new sight word getting introduced in each chapter ...

The first few pages are very good beginners can easily read. But more you go inside, with new words come more 3 to 4 new words in a single sentence. Which make child confused and it's like we are helping the child to read the whole sentence.

4歳半でスタートしましたが、読むには難しい単語の横にはイラストがあり、少しずつレベルアップするので簡単にスラスラ読みができます！ある程度の単語力（簡単な動詞や物の名前）や、フォニックスのアルファベット発音をある程度知っていればイラストと最初の文字で単語を予測することも出来ます。サイトワードは、漢字のように暗記してぱっと答えられるのが大事。このテキストは同じような例文がひたすら並んでいるので、ひらがな読むよりも早くスラスラ読めるようになりました。サイトワードの他の絵本もやっていましたが、音声付きだと一文読むのが早いので、一つ一つの単語を読むというより、暗記して読むふりをしていて、文字を読んでいない状態だったので、着実に文字を読む練習という意味でもすごく役に立っています。今レベル1の半分ですが、レベル２も追加購入しました！安いし、本当オススメ！！

Well worth money. Great little book for beginner readers.

This book is helping both me the parent and the 3 year old. It gives me ideas on how to teach her words and sentences and she is intrigued because there are pictures on it,a worth it book!
