I am very ,very impressed with this Curcumin supplement from Pure Encapsulations. It really works fast and takes down inflammation and pain really well for me in my old age. Pain is something you can easily use as a measure of whether what you are taking works and this works for me. A really high quality supplement that is work the price. I have bee taking curcumins for decades and have never had one work this fast. I am impressed . It is a clean product and well engineered.

As a long time user of turmeric based supplements which help me with the general aches and pains of ageing, I was interested to understand why this one is 3 times the price of the ones I usually take. Arrival in a no-frills basic looking plastic bottle did nothing to answer my questions about what makes this worth £53 but now I understand. Most are made from turmeric root and are way less effective than this one which is extracted via a more complex process and is much more potent and potentially much easier absorbed into your body. It certainly works for me and after a week of taking just one a day, I am very happy to discover that these do help me much more than my usual ones. At one per day this is a two month supply and at less than £1 a day for a natural remedy which works, I am pretty certain I will be ordering more

Product as described and arrived quickly. The only issue I have with curcumin is the flavor which comes back during the day, but this is no worse than other similar products. Formulation seems good and no other negatives to report.

Always worth doing your research (there are loads of articles on the benefits of turmeric and black pepper) and, should you have any serious health conditions or concerns, do consult a professional healthcare practitioner before adding supplements into your lifestyle. Curcumin and Bioperine purchased to support an inflammatory condition, also acts as a natural painkiller. Recommended.
