It’s not a perfect remedy, but it’s certainly the best of several braces I’ve tried
Having broken a wrist as a child, I’ve lately been trying this Bullseye Brace to help stabilize it and reduce tendon/joint discomfort during exercise, martial arts training, or when lifting heavy objects. Some folks seem to have their old wrist injuries practically disappear when wearing this brace. Such is not the case for me—but it does significantly reinforce the weakness of that wrist and somewhat reduce the tendon pain in the limb, while the hands and wrist joint maintains an ideal flexibility and functionality. Most other braces for the wrist severely limit the range of movement while also not providing as many (or any) of the benefits of this one. It is a bit expensive compared to other braces, and honestly seems like it could be cheaper, but addresses a specific niche of wrist injuries (old, fixed injuries which have left behind some frustrating issues of functionality—as opposed to new, less severe/permanent injuries like sprains and tendonitis, which require different wrist devices for different accommodation). To pay 1.5x, 2x or 3x the price of generic braces manufactured in larger quantities, which are designed for treatments of less severe or permanent wrist issues, would feel more reasonable if the Bullet brace were more refined in design or more durable. I wish it were a bit lower in price so customers who need it could easily buy two or three, perhaps using one daily for work (especially if work involves regular physical labor), and one to keep on hand for exercise, sports, traveling, etc. It would be nice to try different sizes without being frustrated by the cost if one fits poorly. This is a very helpful and welcome product and design and hopefully it becomes more widely accessible and available in the future. Update: 4.5 just because as others have said, it seems to take some sports tape on the inside to keep it from slipping down the forearm slightly. Not a huge deal, but it makes the price feel silly. It’s effective, though.

Wrist saver!!!
Helps my wrist a lot. Makes it easier to grab and twist and lift items. Best tfcc brace I bought.

Give's some relief, but doesn't stay in place.
I think it will help, but, it won't stay in place. I place it on the wrist bone, and have tried tighter, and looser and it still shifts off the bone with hand movement. I will continue to try it and push it into place during activities that cause pain in my wrist

Great for soft tissue around wrist.
I ordered the Wrist Band with Silicone Ring for my mother, after a week of use she says it helps her a lot and she feels less pain on her soft tissue area. She says it’s helping with her wrist movements and has very little pain. She highly recommends it for anyone trying to help with support of the wrist bone and tissue.

Not recommended.
Used 2 days. The quality see picture. There are some loose threads. It can alleviate some TFCC pain, but it's not much different from a regular wristband, and overall it's not worth the price at all.

Not that great, uncomfortable
My PT recommended this because i had wrist tendons that weren't healing. Honestly, after a couple of days I couldn't ever use it again. The circle thing goes around your wristbone, but it's too small to actually go around your wristbone. It just digs in. The rest of it is weirdly thick but doesn't provide any support or anything-- it just gets in the way. The velcro closure is in the way ALL the time. And on top of that, just wearing it made things hurt more, not less. It made me less able to do things, too. I hope it works for someone, if professionals are recommending this specific product by brand, but, wow, no way. I wish I could return it because it's just another piece of junk around the house now.

Great product with responsive customer service after a product failure.
This Bullseye wrist brace was fantastic in helping with my recovery from my TFCC tear. It is comfortable to wear all the time and is easily washed and air-dried for those with sweaty wrists. I was going to leave a horrible review about the durability of this brace, but sometimes products aren't perfect, and QC misses something. What matters is how the company resolves the issue. After one month of use, the webbing that attaches to the plastic started to fray, and I was three days outside of my return window. Amazon's website did not provide a way to contact the manufacturer, so I visited the Bullseye website, located the customer service email address, and sent them an email with a copy of my Amazon order and photos of the issue. I received a rapid response within 24 hours from the President of the company, who apologized, thanked me for sending documentation of the problem, and reassured me that a replacement would be on its way to me shortly. I received a new brace 2 days later. A+ for customer service and experience!

For me, the Wrist Widget works better!
Hand therapists at Stanford suggestrd I try tuis wrist brace after my surgeon told me I gad no ulnar joint space in my ulnar joint. My situation is quite bit different than that of many people who are fitted with splints like this, folks who have Triangular Fibrocartilage Complex (TFCC) tears due to injuries to their wrists, activities that involve gripping, rotating the wrist, and bearing weight on the wrist. An MRI did reveal a tear in my ulnar tissue later, though. In my case, the culprit is long-term injury/wear and tear to the ulna joint due to lifelong rheumatoid arthritis. Back to the bulls eye splint, however. The splint is designed for the ulna bone to protrude through that grommet, taking pressure off the bone and painful areas. For me the splint was ineffective for couple of reasons. The wrap still pressed on my inflamed areas so the grommet alone did not relieve all of my pain and pressure. Also, I have a very small, underdeveloped wrist and forearm due to my condition, so it was hard to keep the splint in place. I have had much better luck with another style splint called the wrist widget, which is much more open so it does not irritate my wrist and ulna the way the bullseye did. Despite not having as much structure, nor staying in place very well (my little wrist/arm) it provides enough support and therapeutic benefit for me to get through my day!
