These are my life on a leg day at the gym. I am very skeptical regarding functionality and durability. This works. It absorbes the tension from my knee - especially that I got injured while running. I have Bad knees and periodic knee pain especially when doing squats. These wraps really give me the support I need when squatting heavy. They keep my knees safe and give me the confidence to go low without worry of injury or knee pain. I love them

Just buy SBD sleeves. Those are way more convenient and work much better.

EXTREMELY STIFF MATERIAL, DIGS INTO LEGS. Was excited to receive, but very disappointed. I've been lifting for 20 years. These are not functional.
