Momentum Bluetooth Truly Wireless in Ear Earbuds with Mic, Multi-Touch Fingertip Control (Black)

Got this from Amazon for 24990. Prior to this was using Sony 1000X. Needed something that was ultra portable and carried in my pocket. These do not disappoint on the audio front. Audio quality is top notch and is better than my Sony 1000X. The sonic stage is very wide, which is surprising considering the size of the buds and the driver. The lows, mids and highs are very promiment. Everything is very pronounced without being over powering. Lows are just the right amount and tight, doesnt sound muddy. Battery lasts for about 3.5hrs on continuous use and they are pretty comfortable to wear for that long. The carrying case is a bit large as compared to few others, but its managable unless you are wearing really tight jeans. The biggest issue that I have had with these buds is that every now and then when you take out the ear buds, they will not connect back to your phone. Only way to connect them back is to remove the pairing with the phone (I have it paired with my S10+), and then put the buds in pairing mode and pair again. This becomes a pain in the wrong place. If you are looking for the best audio quality among the available buds, get this. You wont be disappointed. Update: Post the latest update for my S10+ which has some bluetooth stability improvements, I no longer face the issue wherein the buds had to be paired again. Hence revising the review to 5 stars.

You see the reviews and think some defects but hey it happened again . NOT THE distributer fault. BOX WAS perfectly sealed and not an issues but once I opened it I couldn't get the left ear to start .... Well as I have no pros yet and the right ear sounded ok Mic seems good . 1When I charged it the product became very hot and took a few hrs to charge as I put it in the ear it was warm not fun feeling . CONNECTION IS garbage took ages keeps on failing. And just drove me nuts . FINALLY I Have ASKED FOR A REPACMENT. lets see how this works out . PRODUCT looks good and solid a bit big and Battery doesn't seems strong . MY POINT is if I am buying a 28k headphones regardless of the lighting deal at 9990. I would not expect a dead product . WITH BAD BATTER LIFE AND HOT . This is ridiculous and sennheiser should be ashamed of themselves selling even 1 faulty product as this rate is disgusting. PERSONALLY I am furious and fed up of big companies ripping of people and selling fake premiums garbage that in essence hinders the customer causes more issues and problems . NO Brand LOAYATLY should be give to such scams . JUST BEACUSE YOUR A BIG BRAND DOESNT MEAN YOU CAN EXPLOTE THE CUSTOMER AND GIVE DISTRIBUTORS A BAD NAME .... just for this all your headphones that you think you screwed up more should come with a 1 year full warranty and 2 year 80% of upgrade . unless.... I will update on the new product once it comes and if this is also shit . Then I will cancel and send a legal notice to the company for sell trash to exploited it customer who trust a brand that clearly is out to rip of it customer literally stealing money and time buy exploiting their reputation. SOUND quality is good .... Or maybe that's too much to ask of to do their basic job .Battery life Not looking good Def not user friendly and app still hasn't connected . GREAT HEADPHONE ONLY IF I COULD ACTUALLY USE THEM .... Think use your brains as clearly you aren't or using tactics to manipulate sales . MORE LIKELY THE LATTER. will update soon replacement will take 2 more days. And def getting the scam warranty. For 1 k . OR IN A WEEK THE WONT EVEN repair it.

I am not an audio guy who has lot of headphones or buds or expensive speakers. However, I love good sound which is according to me is not making sound more dramatic with extra bass or treble. Sound should be flat and vocal should be super clear. I like Bose very much. I heard Sony, Sonos and Bose in US, and decided to buy a Bose SoundTouch 20 in 2018 and brought it to India. Since then I have had no issues with connections or battery or any other non-sound aesthetics. Now, I love sound profile of my Bose SoundTouch very much. Thats why I ordered Bose SoundSports free before this and as expected I found it was really awesome in sound. Nice punch, balanced bass and treble, vocal is super clear. Most importantly I knew this sound profile before and it was just an addition to that family. But I returned it. Only reason was noice cancellation. If I could get nice cancellation Bose earbuds in 13K I would have kept it. But, SoundSport free is targeted for Gym and Sports. I go agree that I won't listen small beats while at gym, but I would like to listen casual music while in a travel or driving etc, sometime at night watching movie (because my son will be asleep and I cannot switch-on my SoundTouch). One thing keep in mind guys buds are never a replacement of over-the-ear big headphones (like Audio Technica or QC 35). They are awesome. However, you might buy earbuds for ease of use, meetings etc. I think we should not expect more from these devices yet. They are not flawless. Now with Sennheiser Momentum I found following points over Bose: - They have noice cancellation - although not good, but better than Bose SoundSports free. - They have equaliser in mobile app where I can make tittle less bass to match my preference. But, they do not create balanced sounds. - Calls are in both ears. - Low volume heard better because of nicer in-ear seal than Bose. You won't be able to listen music in low volume in Bose. I think this is big problem in Bose. - Audio-Video out of sync issue is never found in momentum, but found sometime in Bose. I think this is not a real concern with Bose. - Bluetooth 5.1 + Aptx - Momentum in 12K (amazon festive sale in 2020) is good buy as it is with newer spec with decent sound. Noice cancellation is a big plus. So, you go for it. But I found it is not as good as Bose in terms of sound. My wife (who does not even listen music that much) said after listening Manhari (Bahubali) in Bose that she did not know that this song can be heard so nice and so live in any sound system. She did not find that punch and liveliness in momentum. I am going to keep Momentum because other things it offers with a decent sound. But, I like Bose more. I think my next purchase (if at all happen in future) would be an over-the-ear bluetooth headphone (Audio-Technica or Bose).

Voila 14 jours que j'ai reçu ces MOMENTUM True Wireless. Au premier abord, je n'étais pas satisfait, je les avais trouvés trop intrusifs dans le conduit auditif et trop grand sur le pavillon de l'oreille. Une qualité d'écoute sympathique sur tout type de musique... Je voulais les renvoyer. J'ai contacté easy lounge (très pro et sympa) qui m'ont expliqué la démarche via retour amazon. Du coup , je me suis retrouvé devant ce bon de retour et ces petites perles. Un ami est passé et m'a dit de m'y habituer avant de les juger. Et la comme par magie toutes les gênes niveau confort ont disparus. le son s'est affiné, le coup de main pour les commande tactiles ont commencées à se faire de manière intuitives... Je suis passé de "je veux les renvoyé car pas adapté" à "je ne peux plus m'en passer". Il ne remplacera jamais mon casque à arceau l'hiver mais il est impeccable pour les mi-saisons et l'été. c'est tout pile ce que je cherchais. - Niveau son: les basses sont rondes donnant un son chaleureux, les aigus sont un délice, les voix sont vraiment belles. que cela soit du Rn'b, Rap, Soul, Funk, musique Africaine, tekno, Opéra, musique Jap ( kokia daybreak ), the Cure, les beattles, Boléro de Ravel, kiss of death en D minor , olafur old skin ou encore Daughter Youth etc etc etc... Tout est vraiment excellent. Pour vous dire , j'ai désactivé l’égaliseur de la source pour avoir un son neutre et franchement c'est top. Son défaut , si il y en a un, c'est que le son est bien moins ouvert que sur mon casque à arceau circum-aurale. Pour moi les 2 se complètent. - Niveau confort, c'est hallucinant leur tenu au niveau des oreilles . Une fois habitué, ils se font vite oubliés. - Niveau fonctionnalité, j'ai désactivé l'assistant google. le mode transparent est top. J'ai choisi l'option couper la musique car il me sert surtout pour parler. -Batterie, ils tiennent 3h30/3h45 environ mais il est difficile de savoir exactement en tout avec recharge boitier car , on les range, ils rechargent, on les range il recharge. mais je dirais 10/11h environ. Voili voilou, alors mon conseil est: essayez de vous habituer à ces bijoux avant de les juger. kiss

EDIT 05/07/19: Sennheiser has officially released the new 1.26 firmware update yesterday. The update now includes a Turn Off button for the earbuds in the app (Settings) which fixes the battery draining issues!! I've tested it and it works perfectly. The update also contains bug fixes such as the transparent mode which now stays active when you get a call. 3 weeks later I still truly love with these buds. I've been using the buds for about a week now and I truly love them. These are my first true wireless earbuds and I've been studying what was on the market for months before making a decision because I wanted to be sure I invested in the right ones. And let me tell you, I certainly don't regret my purchase. The sound is INCREDIBLE and as a musician it makes all the difference. I could have gone for much cheaper earbuds but the sound would never have been the same. When you put them on for the first time you realise how bad your previous ones were compared to them. And I had the Sennheiser Momentum Free so not the the worse but the cable around the neck was annoying me and I wanted to go full wireless. The EQ is really good and can help you to achieve the perfect sound you like. I was aware of the battery draining issue and was a bit worried about it but I didn't think it was that bad. I'm using the buds from Monday to Friday on my commute to work (1 hour) and the battery lasts me for 3 days without charging the buds/case so I only need to charge it on Wednesday. You won't feel the battery draining issue if you use them daily. If you don't, I read that Sennheiser is going to implement a ON/OFF toggle in one of the next app releases and they have confirmed to me that although it's not confirmed yet, they are looking into it. They also have confirmed to me that if you turn the bluetooth OFF, the ear buds will automatically switch off after 15 minutes so it can already help. The transparent mode is amazing. It was the first time I've experienced that and I still can't believe how good and useful this function is. I basically never need to take the buds out until I don't need them for the day anymore. When someone is taking to me, I just double tap on the right earbud and it automatically pauses the music and activates the microphone. In fact, it picks the sound so well around you I can hear my keys jingle in my trousers pocket when I walk! I love the touch controls too, it takes a bit of time to get used to but no more than a couple of uses. It's pretty easy to remember and Sennheiser really have thought of the best way to implement them. You've got the option to turn the voice control off from the app which I did as I don't use it much and I no longer activate it by accident. The connection is really good although I've experienced a few drop outs. There is that spot at a train station where I wait for my train every evening where it's going to cut off a lot unless I move. I don't know whether it's caused by the crowds or other nearby devices but it's only at that particular spot which is weird. They will also cut off for about 1 second every time I walk past the security gates at local Sainsbury's. But it hasn't bothered me much and does happen very rarely. I think Sennheiser might fix that in the future as this product is still quite new on the market. The design of the buds is also something else that Sennheiser really have nailed. They are SO comfortable and I never had the impression they would fall out at anytime. They don't make you look like an insect from behind like the Bose SoundSport Free and the design has been thought and made to stay secure in your ear. You almost forget they are there and it's so amazing to be completely free of cables. I read that some people felt a discomfort after an hour use, I have too around the ear lobe at some occasions but in that case I just move them up slightly and it instantly feels better and I can carry on with my use without a problem. I'm so happy with them I literally can't wait to use them next. The price was also something that made me hesitate for a while and I initially thought of knocking 1 star down because of it but after using them properly for a week I just can't. The quality makes it totally worth it.

I've had these for more than 2 years now and they are still going, sound quality is great (as expected from Sennheiser). The battery doesn't last too long now but it used to be like 4 hours, now is more like 2. The case gets dirty easily and the "lid" broke. I would still buy them again

Son muy buenos , la música se escucha mejor que las llamadas, yo los uso para andar en bicicleta y su función de seguridad es bajar el volumen cada que pasa un coche o algun ruido, para que puedas escuchar tu entorno
