While it worked out for me, this may not be the case for others which is why I gave it four stars instead of five. I personally would recommend assuming the actual size of the dress is the lowest size listed. Other than this, I really did love this dress. It's so pretty and can be easily be dressed up or down. It's really good quality material wise and although the bottom is a tutiu, it's not itchy.
