These are great used a couple to make midi controllers. Mine all showed up on time packed ok and they all worked so that's great. Will get more when I need more.

80 Analog Inputs here!
These work flawlessly to add more inputs to a device like an Arduino. Will run at 3.3v no problem. Quality is good.

Defective product
Yea - I should have thoroughly tested all boards. I did test one and it worked great. Then I spent all day wiring a stacked and bussed assembly that is pretty much impossible to disassemble to repair. When done I find the middle board (of course) is completely dead. The others work fine. So 1 of 5 boards was defective. I could probe signal lines and all connect to the chip correctly. The chip is just dead. Now I need to start over with a product from a different vendor.

Got these for an audio device I was building, then they sat around for a couple months before I ran out of digital pins on my ESP32 board and remembered these boards can do digital as well as analog. 4 pins from the board gives you 16 - of course, you can't use more than one at a time, but there's plenty of applications I've found for it. They're just good to have around.

Works perfectly
I verified counting through binary numbers 0-15 selects outputs C0 through C15 in order. One reviewer claimed some pins were swapped, but that was not the case for the ones I got. Measured resistance was about 55 ohms for all paths, so it's well within spec.

Worked as expected and excellent value
It's a pretty simple board and if you are at all experienced with hardware it is easy and simple to connect up. I am using it with an Arduino UNO board to read 16 analog sensors using a single pin and it worked on the first try.
