Value for money: good price...easy to install. would have been good if there were instructions.

I bought this for my 08 xl1200n. Matched the rest of the blackout on the nightster. I have HD saddle bags and the only problem I had was the front bolts were short. Even switched to the longer ones. Removed the reflector bracket, can't see with bags anyway, everything fell into place! I guess the bags made the difference. Overall pleased with the style and quality. Wish the latches were metal and not plastic 🙄.

Showed up early, fits the bike nicely and it wasn’t difficult to install took me 20 minutes and it’s comfortable the quality of the hardware could be better but over all it’s not back and very sturdy

I bought this to add onto my Harley for when my wife wants to go on a ride with me. The seat is very comfortable and super easy to install. It's very easy to add and remove it whenever you want. The back rest is comfortable and overall, it's very sturdy and supports your back while riding.

Fits my 2018 Sportster perfect! No wobbles no shakes. Some will want instructions with this...if you are not mechanically inclined this 20 minute job could take an hour. When installing make sure the smaller fittings go up front as the thicker ones will go in the rear the 4 bolts/nuts provided work well and leaves a clean factory look. Only con in this bar is the locks. The locking mechanism is a poor quality. Could have been made of something more solid compound...i broke one on first install. Be careful installing and make sure the locking latch is up the right way.

The springy part in the quick detach broke right away. Without putting any pressure on anything and before I got it all the way installed on the bike. The mounting hardware was also different threads than the stock ones on my bike. I expected the hardware to be cheap and not the correct size. But I did not expect the springy part that actually holds the rear "quick detach" latch, to break right away. It's super cheap stuff. The front of the sissy bar mount also did not fit tight in the bolts/plastic bushing thing. It moved around quite a bit. You could literally shake and move around the sissy bar about a half inch after it's put on. Definitely not a secure fit. Yea it's cheap. But at least fit on the bike and not move around while there's a passenger.

UPDATE *** 4/19/22*** After the second ride, one of the screws on the quick disconnect latches fell out and was lost. I should have heeded the advice of another reviewer USE LOCTITE ON EVERY SCREW, NUT & BOLT, that comes with this kit. DO NOT PUT THEM ON WITHOUT LOCTITE!!! *** Remove the tiny screws on the quick release latches and use loctite on them, as well !!! *** For the sissy bar assembly itself - it's a 5 star product considering the price point, it's quick detachable, and the hardware is included. I am deducting a couple of stars for problems with the backrest pad #1 - I have a low profile passenger seat on my Nightster, even with that the pad still sits way too low for any sort of comfort. I could not imagine being a passenger riding more than 30 min with this thing - especially in stop and go traffic where the passenger may want to lean back and relax during the ride. #2 - the pad is also too thick - coupled with how low it sits - it causes the passenger to be very awkwardly arched when trying to lean back and relax, which again, is very uncomfortable. I suggest taking out the thick foam and replacing with memory foam, and adding extenders to the seat back so it sits about 6-8 higher.

I got this for my 2022 XL Iron 893. There’s no instructions. No problem. The longer spacers (black plastic) go in the rear. The bolts that came in the box are not as long as others have mentioned so there’s no risk of them rubbing the tire. I put Loctite on the nut and bolt and I was done. The sissy bar can be removed in less than 10 seconds. The cushion does sit low on the back; I wish it was higher by at least 3”.

Esperaba mejores materiales, es lámina endeble y tubo, no es una barra sólida, aún así me sirve para sujetar una mochila en una Sporster 2020. Hay que poner fijador de roscas en todos los tornillos, sobretodo en los que sujetan los seguros que ya vienen ensamblados. Actualización, ni una semana en uso y ya se rompió uno de los seguros, no recomiendo.

Quick connect plunger instantly broke upon install. I luckily had Harley brand quick connect hard ware and swapped the pieces out. Works okay… but I wouldn’t trust the locking hardware at all!
