Pale grounds just as a coffee enema coffee should be!
Coffee Enema coffee is best being light roast and pale, just like this, so you get more of the compounds that stimulate glutathione production and have more antioxidants and a better quality coffee enema.

Whilst the product appears to be of quality etc Unfortunately there are no instructions on how to mix it, or how much enima this pack makes. Therefore impossible to actually use without further information.

No leakage when i used it.Seems to do what it should,but I am no expert. Get advice before using it to be safe.
