Eden Foods Sauerkraut - Kimchi, Organic 18 oz (Pack of 3)

This product combines the pungent taste of kimchi but in the form of sauerkraut. The supplier packs it beautifly so there is little risk of breakage. I have ordered it a number of times and never been disappointed.

This is a good kraut. Great flavor! This is not kimchi, it's saurkraut with a spicy kimchi flavor as others have mentioned. The cabbage is fine shredded and the spicy level to me is not strong. I'd say between a low and medium spice level. If you are sensitive to spice, it might seem spicier to you. I absolutely love the flavor and would recommend it to anyone that wants a different kind of kraut! I bought 3 jars and I'm glad I did!

Delicious but pricey

The name of this product is misleading; I assumed that it would taste more like kimchi than it does. The more appropriate branding for this product would be “Asian flavored sauerkraut“; it really tastes nothing like kimchi and tastes very much like sauerkraut. If you love sauerkraut, this would probably be a good product for you; I am OK with sauerkraut, but I was really looking for kimchi.

This was my third purchase of this brand of kimchi. My grocer used to carry it but quit. Sad Face! It's got a lot of kick to it. My favorite snack is cheese, cracker, top with kimchi. Yum! Enjoy this product, people!

This product tastes great and combines the health benefits of sauerkraut and kimchi. I have a side of it with dinner at least a few nights a week in my effort to consistently eat fermented probiotic foods.
