I hooked the sensor up to my Arduino quite easily following the provided schematic. I don't know if this is an isolate incident, but it was not very sensitive. It either gave me a large number or small number no in-between. I am going to play around with the resistance and see if that changes thing.

I tested the sensor immediately after opening. Has an intermittent broken connection. Sometimes the resistance is in the specified range, other times it is infinite. Sensor seems extremely flimsy compared to similar bend sensors (which might be an asset if you need it to bend very easily).
