Honeywell Mobility and Scanning 1250G-2USB Document Barcode Scanner

I was able to plug it in and scan the code in the box to set it up then start scanning barcodes on products to set up the Point of sale in Square Retail Register Equipment (not the Ipad with stand) in my Boutique. It was VERY easy to set up. I was very surprised it was so easy to set it up and that I could plug it in to the existing cords without having to buy any additional equipment or cords. It has been wonderful having the scanner to use in-store. It has made checking out customers more efficient and quicker. It helps keep track of inventory and it helps scanning in new inventory to put it into Square inventory. It has simplified things so much. It took about a week for me and two employees to get every item in-store scanned in to have all the barcodes for all the products in store into Square, however it has been well worth the time, effort and money. I would definitely recommend this to anyone using Square POS. I am using a different barcode scanner for the POS Square App on the IPad (Honeywell Mobility and scanning 1300G- Handheld-Bar code reader-white).The seller got this to me quick and it was new, in the box with all the instructions. Set up was easy and I would definitely buy from them again if I ever needed another one. I would absolutely recommend this product and seller to everyone.

Purchase this to use out vendor events with my square, and worked like a dream!

I had a bit of trouble getting it setup, apparently my test barcodes were too big, but this definitely streamlines my square register checkout process, instead of having to look up each item.

I don't know why this says it works with an IPhone because you have to use it with a USB cord. It is not wireless. I'm guessing if you wanted to use it with an IPad or IPhone you would need an adapter. Very disappointed because I was wanting to use this with square on my IPad. I cannot speak to how well it works because I was unable to get it connect properly.

I have purchased three of these for my store. Great scanner and great value.

Not the cheapest but seems durable and no faffing to set up.

We got a new square system and had to upgrade our old bar scanner. We found the Honeywell 1250G and have been using it for a few months now and are very pleased. The scanner reads everything fast and accurately.

I bought this Honeywell Mobility and Scanning 1250G-2USB Document Barcode Scanner for my new Square Register. It worked right away once I plugged it into the USB port that connects to the Square Register. It has been working well since I got it 4 weeks ago, no complain so far. Also, I was surprise to find out it did come with the stand in the package even though the product webpage doesn't show the stand is included on the Amazon website, it made me feel that I saved another $20. :-)
