Great product but picture is misleading
We received this kitchen for Christmas this year and it’s great with easy installation. We put the whole thing together is about 15 minutes. The only negative is that the product images show feet underneath the kitchen but ours didn’t come with them. This doesn’t affect usability but the pictures are misleading.

Our daughter's favorite Christmas present
We bought this play kitchen for our daughter (21 months) after looking at reviews for several different kitchens. We ultimately selected this one because of its compact size and shape that fits neatly into a corner, the neutral color scheme, and the variety of cool features that are packed into a small space (refrigerator, oven, stove top, sink, microwave, coffee maker, cupboard, plate rack, phone, towel bar, working dials). In addition, the unit comes with a coffee pot, cordless phone, 2 mugs, 2 sets of forks/knives/spoons, 2 plates, and a frying pan. The pieces are nice and large for small hands. The only sound effect on the unit is the dial for the burner that uses 2 AAA batteries (not included). It makes boiling noises and sizzling noises when turned. Assembly was simple and took us about 20 minutes on Christmas Eve. When we assembled it we decided not to put on the little 3.5-4" high feet that are included because she is still short and the height it came is perfect. The textures in the plastic are very detailed and the unit seems to be of a good quality. The kitchen is a little modern and stylish and she loves to pretend she is making eggs on the stovetop and washing dishes in the little sink. The stickers are high quality and very easy to apply. The only real drawback of this product is a minimal amount of storage space for plates, pots, pans, play food, etc. You can store things in the fridge, stove, microwave, and little cupboard, but I will likely get a small storage cabinet of some kind to hold these items for her. The price point of this kitchen was much less expensive than several others we looked at. This kitchen is great for kids aged 2-7 years old and perfect for families where space is at a premium. Several friends that have seen ours plan on purchasing this product. I would highly recommend this toy.

Modern compact kitchen design for today's toddler
We got this kitchen for our daughter's 2nd birthday. There is moderate assembly required; make sure you are sober when you put on the stickers. The oven door, for example, has a sticker showing a pie through a glass oven window; there are smaller ones, like the microwave door handle's "chrome" sticker. Makes for a more realistic and fun experience, in my opinion. One annoying part of assembly: There is an oven knob that you're supposed to put on yourself. The instructions say to lubricate it with soap, but there was no physical way that thing was going on. The posts were enormous compared to the tiny holes on the front of the kitchen toy. I just don't get it. So we stuck it in a drawer and said we would put it on "later." That was a month ago. My favorite feature is one the 2 yr old has only used once without prompting. There is a little compartment that takes batteries and sits in the rangetop. Then you have a knob you can turn for sound effects! Turn it to the right for the sound of boiling water! Turn it once to the left for frying sounds, and another time to the left for a different frying sound, like flipping bacon. Like I said, totally cool, and totally not something the kid has used yet. But hey, Mom gets roped into playing kitchen a fair amount, so there might as well be something for her too. Many play kitchens are too large if you don't have a dedicated playroom. Not this one. The size is perfect even for the corner of a living room. If you don't have any play food, make sure to buy some since it doesn't come with any. At this reasonable price, that's not a drawback; it's just something to keep in mind when placing your order. Our daughter enjoys this kitchen, and I cannot come up with any negatives to list. Overall, a successful purchase for a 2 yr old!

The 2.5 year old loves it.
Nothing like having your child offer you a "fresh cup" that he just brewed on his coffee maker. Multiple times he's used the phone that comes with it to "call" Santa and thank his for his gifts. The package comes in three main peaces, the bottom, the countertop and the hutch or overhead cabinets. These are attached with some screws. Assembly took about 1/2 an hour with appropriate tools. An hour at most. The feet were the exception where significant pressure plus turning was required to finally get them to screw into the bottom. Decals will need to be put on for the cutting board, oven, and microwave. You get two plates, two sets of forks and knives and two coffee cups. A pan, coffeepot and wireless phone round out your additionals. once built is very sturdy when placed against a wall or piece of furniture but can be easily toppled without that additional support.

Where the Food Is Fake but the Attitude Is Real
This play kitchen turned my kid into a full-time gourmet chef with zero culinary training and a lot of opinions. I've been served a spaghetti-cookie-soup combo three days in a row, and honestly? Five stars for creativity. Kitchen’s sturdy, adorable, and comes with endless side mini Gordon Ramsay sass

Donation to Children's Hospital
The Children's Hospital where I volunteer opened a small playroom, and a bigger size play kitchen would have taken up too much room. This smaller play kitchen is a wonderful fit...especially for use in a corner space. The kids love the kitchen, and it's nice that there are separate play stations so two children can use it at the same time without getting in each other's way.My husband and I put the play kitchen togerher in about 1 1/2 hours.Probably could have done it in less time, but my husband feels like he doesn't "need" to read directions to put something together!!!.Just know that plastic can warp some, and not everything matched up perfectly...but it's not an issue in my opinion. Some reviews suggested that a drill was needed to start the holes for the screws, but we didn't find it necessary.I like that the kitchen comes with just the right amount of accessories. If you are looking for lots of gadgets, then you might want to consider another play kitchen.I personally like toys that are more basic, and since this kitchen is in a hospital setting, it makes more sense to have something simple. It's easier to clean with no small parts to worry about breaking, getting lost or shoved down a kid's throat.I like this little play kitchen and would recommend it to anyone looking for a small, basic play kitchen with just enough gadgets to make a kid happy!
