If you are looking for a Pump LOOK NO FURTHER. So many times a company has a warranty and having a company back their warranty is another story. I purchased this Barnes pump by CRANE and I did have an issue with it a year later. I contacted CRANE and they sent a NEW PUMP, at no cost to me, and because it was an emergency (it was for my septic system) they shipped it out NEXT DAY SHIPPING. I received it the following morning and it was installed immediately after I received it. Customer service was WONDERFUL (Thank you Tiffany). Changing out this pump is also extremely easy and I was back in business in no time (Pun intended). CRANE, thank you for the best customer service I have EVER received.

Do not waste your money
The item was shipped a week later than promised when I finally received the pump removed it from the package to test it the pump did not work it was defective I still have not received a refund but the pump has been returned would not recommend

Well Made - Heavy Duty Sewage Pump
I'm using this pump in my residential lift station to the septic system. Easy install, 2" discharge, comes with a float assembly for automatic operation or you can just plug in direct for manual or switched operation. 2 year warranty.

Will not pump 2 inch solids
Works ok but tends to clog. We are pumping grain in liquid so nowhere near 2 inch spherical material. There is plenty of liquid and an agitator to keep it mixed. Now after 5 months barely pumps at all.

defective broken 2nd pump failed shuts off intermittently when on
pump shuts off after approx 1 minute and sometimes comes back on and sometimes doesn't ? This pump was used. It had been repainted. One of the few products I e brought from Amazon that I was very disappointed with. Had I not thrown the box away I would have returned it.
